摘要: A method and an apparatus for allocating spectrums are provided in the disclosure. The method includes: reconfigurable spectrums for a target group domain are calculated, wherein said reconfigurable spectrums contain one or more of a dedicated spectrum, a reusable spectrum and a loanable spectrum; during the system reconfiguration, spectrums are allocated to cells of the target group domain in a non-overlap region after spectrums are allocated to cells of the target group domain in an overlap region according to the reconfigurable spectrums. By use of the disclosure, the spectrum allocation can be implemented during the system reconfiguration, and interference can be effectively suppressed.

摘要: The disclosure discloses a sensing aiding method for cognitive radio. The method includes the following steps. a high level node transmits configuration information to a base station; the base station combines with a subordinate node of the base station to perform frequency spectrum sensing measurement, in which the subordinate node has sensing capability, and feeds back a result of the sensing measurement to the high level node; and the high level node formulates a corresponding WS allocation policy according to the received result of the sensing measurement. The disclosure also discloses a system. By the method and the system of the disclosure, the high level node transmits the configuration information to the base station; the base station performs the spectrum sensing measurement in combination with the subordinate node having the sensing capability of the base station in a designated frequency band and feeds the result of the sensing measurement back to the high level node; and the high level node formulates the corresponding WS allocation policy according to the result of the sensing measurement. Available white band resources are acquired; the probability of base station configuration failure is reduced, and the overhead caused by configuration failures is reduced.

摘要: A computing device and/or application executing on the device can utilize fingertip tracking using a camera. However, when the fingertip is in a dead zone (an area that is not viewable by the camera), the fingertip tracking cannot function properly. Nevertheless, the position of the fingertip, when in the dead zone, can still be estimated. An image of a user's hand can be captured by at least one camera. A portion of a pointing finger can be detected in the captured image. An orientation of the portion of the pointing finger can be determined. One or more joint lines of the pointing finger can be identified. Based on data about a slant and/or a bend of the pointing finger obtained using information relating to the identified joint line(s), and/or on data obtained via calibration and/or historic/current usage, the position of the fingertip, when in the dead zone, can be approximated.

摘要: A user can emulate touch screen events with motions and gestures that the user performs at a distance from a computing device. A user can utilize specific gestures, such as a pinch gesture, to designate portions of motion that are to be interpreted as input, to differentiate from other portions of the motion. A user can then perform actions such as text input by performing motions with the pinch gesture that correspond to words or other selections recognized by a text input program. A camera-based detection approach can be used to recognize the location of features performing the motions and gestures, such as a hand, finger, and/or thumb of the user.

摘要: A user can make a symbol with their hand, or other such gesture, at a distance from a computing device that can be captured by at least one imaging element of the device. The captured information can be analyzed to attempt to determine the location of distinguishing features of the symbol in the image information. The image information is then compared to hand gesture information stored in, for example, a library of hand gestures for the user. Upon identifying a match, an input to an application executing on the computing device is provided when the image information contains information matching at least one hand gesture with at least a minimum level of certainty. The hand gesture could include a single “static” gesture, such as a specific letter in sign language, for example, or include two or more “static” gestures. The gesture could also include motion, such as hand movement.

摘要: The disclosure provides a method for transmitting Cognitive Pilot Channel (CPC) information, a radio access method and system based on CPC information, wherein the method for transmitting CPC information includes: dividing a CPC into a primary CPC for transmitting primary CPC information and a secondary CPC for transmitting secondary CPC information; loading the primary CPC information periodically into fixed physical resources, and sending the primary CPC information to a user equipment; after a base station receives a preset triggering event, loading the secondary CPC information into variable physical resources, and sending the secondary CPC information to the user equipment. In the disclosure, the base station loads the primary CPC information into fixed physical resources of an RAT according to an RAT coverage condition, reducing the amount of information required to be delivered by fixed physical resources, decreasing occupation of fixed physical resources, speeding up radio access of the user equipment; and after receiving a triggering event, the base station loads the secondary CPC information into variable physical resources and sends the secondary CPC information to the user equipment, thus implementing optimization of a user network and radio resources.
