摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for preparing a high-purity arabinose crystal, comprising operations of dissolving, blending, ion exchange, decolorization and filtration, fine filtration, evaporation and concentration, crystallization, centrifugation, and drying performed in sequence on a low-purity arabinose crystal. Throughout the operations of preparing the arabinose crystal, a pH value of a material may be controlled between 4.3 and 7.5, and a temperature may not exceed 70° C. This prevents arabinose from transforming into impurities under a high temperature, thereby maintaining and improving a purity of the prepared arabinose crystal.

摘要: The invention relates to a continuous method for obtaining a crystalline monosaccharide, comprising: continuous crystallization of the monosaccharide in a main crystallizer (10), wherein crystallization by evaporation and/or crystallization by cooling is carried out continuously on a crystal suspension in the main crystallizer in order to allow crystals of the monosaccharide to grow in the crystal suspension; separation of crystals of the monosaccharide out of the crystal suspension to obtain crystalline monosaccharide; continuous formation of a mass of crystallization magma for the main crystallizer (10) in a cascade, wherein the cascade comprises at least one first stage (13) and a final stage (15) connected in series and each stage comprises at least one pre-crystallizer (13A, 15A), wherein, in the at least one pre-crystallizer (13A) of the first stage (13), a solution is seeded with monosaccharide by means of monosaccharide seed crystals in order to obtain a pre-crystallization magma, and a mass of crystallization magma for the downstream stage (14, 15) is formed from the pre-crystallization magma by means of crystallization by cooling and/or crystallization by evaporation, and wherein a solution containing monosaccharide and a mass of crystallization magma from the upstream stage is supplied to the at least one pre-crystallizer (15A, 15B, 15C) of the final stage (15) to obtain a pre-crystallization magma, and in the at least one pre-crystallizer (15A, 15B, 15C) of the final stage (15) a mass of crystallization magma for the main crystallizer (10) is formed from the pre-crystallisation magma by means of crystallization by cooling and/or crystallization by evaporation; the continuous supply of a solution containing the monosaccharide and a mass of crystallization magma from the at least one pre-crystallizer (15A, 15B, 15C) of the final stage (15) of the cascade to the main crystallizer (10) to provide the crystal suspension.

摘要: The invention relates to a process for the preparation of a solid allulose material comprising crystalline allulose, the method comprising the steps of (a) providing in an evaporating crystallizer an aqueous mother liquor containing dissolved allulose; (b) maintaining, preferably until the end of crystallization, the aqueous mother liquor within the evaporating crystallizer at a crystallization temperature within the range of from 20 to 80° C.; (c) maintaining, preferably until the end of crystallization, the vapor phase above the aqueous mother liquor within the evaporating crystallizer at a crystallization pressure within the range of from 40 to 500 mbar; and (d) inducing crystallization of allulose from the aqueous mother liquor at the crystallization temperature and at the crystallization pressure in a supersaturated state thereby obtaining the solid allulose material as a precipitate and a supernatant.

摘要: The invention relates to new cationic polymers conjugated with D-fructose, as a result of which they can selectively interact with specific structure elements on cell surfaces. The problem was that of creating novel, biocompatible, easy-to-produce, D-fructose-conjugated cationic polymers that have a higher selectivity with respect to certain cell types. To solve this problem, the invention proposes cationic polymers with covalently bonded D-fructose of general formula (I) with the following components: a) cationic polymer: macromolecular compounds of n repeat units with one or more positive charges; b) linker: a unit that links the cationic polymer with D-fructose or derivatives of D-fructose by means of any alkyl or aryl group, any alkenyl or alkinyl group, an ether, thioether or amine, an ester, amide or other carboxylic acid derivative, a heterocycle (e.g. triazole or m maleimide), a disulphide, an imine or an imide; c) D-fructose: one or more D-fructoses or D-fructose derivatives in an open-chain, furanoid or pyranoid structure, not glycosidically linked via one of the five possible carbon atoms (1, 3, 4, 5, 6).

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a preparation method for a D-psicose crystal containing 98% (w/w) or more D-psicose and 0.05% (w/w) or less ethanol based on 100% (w/w) of the entire crystal. The preparation method includes a first step of mixing a D-psicose-containing solution and an organic solvent, and a second step of adding a seed to the mixed solution according to the first step and then cooling the same to obtain a massecuite containing the D-psicose crystal. Therefore, it is possible to increase the yield of the D-psicose crystal from the D-psicose crystal solution and prepare a D-psicose crystal of sufficient size and appropriate shape for use in mass production with no bad taste/smell.
