    Abstract: Disclosed in the present disclosure are channel selection and configuration methods and apparatus, which are used to resist transmission delay offset of different users within a cell and improve the signal-to-noise ratio of a random access channel sending signals, thereby improving a random access channel selection scheme suitable for a satellite communication system. At a terminal side, the channel selection method provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: determining a current signal transmission condition; and according to the current signal transmission condition and the configuration of a network, selecting the resources and channel format of a random access channel, wherein the random access channel uses a structure in which signal transmission is performed by using a means of repeated transmission by multiple preamble symbols.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a positioning method and device, for improving the positioning accuracy. The positioning method provided in the present application comprises: determining a whole-cycle ambiguity by means of a positioning measurement value provided by a receiving end of a positioning reference signal (PRS), wherein the positioning measurement value comprises a virtual phase measurement value constructed by the receiving end using a carrier phase measurement value, the carrier phase measurement value being obtained by measuring a carrier PRS (C-PRS) by the receiving end, and the PRS comprises the C-PRSs sent by a sending end of the PRS by means of at least two carrier frequencies; and determining a terminal position by means of the whole-cycle ambiguity.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present application relates to a method and device for random access, for use in resolving the problem that no current random access process can satisfy requirements of a satellite communication system. The method of the embodiments of the present application comprises: receiving and obtaining a related parameter in a configuration message, the related parameter comprising common cell delay information; generating a physical random access channel random access preamble (PRACH Preamble) sequence, and determining an uplink sending timing location according to the common cell delay information; and sending the PRACH Preamble sequence on a time-frequency resource corresponding to the uplink sending timing location. A relative transmission delay and a multi-path channel delay from a terminal, to a satellite, and to a base station are compensated according to the determined uplink sending timing location, thereby reducing overheads of a PRACH channel.

    Abstract: Provided in the embodiments of the present invention are an information reporting method, a terminal and a base station. The method comprises: receiving first indication information that is configured for a terminal by a base station and is used for reporting channel state information (CSI) in an energy-saving state; receiving first downlink control information (DCI) that is sent by the base station and is scrambled by a power saving radio network temporary identity (PS-RNTI); and performing CSI measurement according to the first indication information and/or the first DCI, and reporting a CSI measurement result to the base station.     Abstract: The present application provides a method and a device for determining sending parameters of a terminal. The method comprises: firstly determining a pre-estimated uplink signal-to-noise ratio of at least one reference position in a cell range corresponding to a satellite beam, determining, according to the pre-estimated uplink signal-to-noise ratio, an EIRP value corresponding to the preset uplink carrier bandwidth of the corresponding reference position, determining, according to the EIRP value corresponding to the preset uplink carrier bandwidth, a maximum rate supported by the preset uplink carrier bandwidth, determining, according to the maximum rate supported by the preset uplink carrier bandwidth, a maximum uplink rate supported by the terminal, and determining uplink sending parameters of the terminal according to an uplink rate which is inputted by the user, is not greater than the maximum uplink rate supported by the terminal and is to be supported by the terminal. The method can quickly and reasonably determine uplink sending parameters of a terminal, so that a control device in a satellite mobile communication system allocates a relevant resource to the terminal according to the obtained uplink sending parameters of the terminal, thereby guaranteeing reasonable use of system resources.
