Abstract: A control method and a control device in a heterogeneous three-dimensional hierarchical network, and a communication system are provided. The control method includes: obtaining a coverage mode of a terminal; when the coverage mode is single-layered sub-network coverage, setting a non-ground mobile communication sub-network or a ground mobile communication sub-network corresponding to the single-layered sub-network coverage to be in a standalone operating mode or an intra-layer carrier aggregation mode; and when the coverage mode is multi-layered sub-network coverage, setting the non-ground mobile communication sub-network corresponding to the multi-layered sub-network coverage, or the ground mobile communication sub-network and the non-ground mobile communication sub-network corresponding to the multi-layered sub-network coverage, to be in a cross-layer carrier aggregation mode. The ground mobile communication sub-network and the non-ground mobile communication sub-network use a same or unified radio access technology.

Abstract: The present application provides a method and a device for determining sending parameters of a terminal. The method comprises: firstly determining a pre-estimated uplink signal-to-noise ratio of at least one reference position in a cell range corresponding to a satellite beam, determining, according to the pre-estimated uplink signal-to-noise ratio, an EIRP value corresponding to the preset uplink carrier bandwidth of the corresponding reference position, determining, according to the EIRP value corresponding to the preset uplink carrier bandwidth, a maximum rate supported by the preset uplink carrier bandwidth, determining, according to the maximum rate supported by the preset uplink carrier bandwidth, a maximum uplink rate supported by the terminal, and determining uplink sending parameters of the terminal according to an uplink rate which is inputted by the user, is not greater than the maximum uplink rate supported by the terminal and is to be supported by the terminal. The method can quickly and reasonably determine uplink sending parameters of a terminal, so that a control device in a satellite mobile communication system allocates a relevant resource to the terminal according to the obtained uplink sending parameters of the terminal, thereby guaranteeing reasonable use of system resources.

In the embodiment of the present application, in a case where it is determined that the resource multiplexing mode of the first link and the second link is frequency division multiplexing, by judging whether the selected link is allowed to select a resource that overlaps with the selected resource on another link in the time domain, it may further determine whether to select a resource that does not overlap with the selected resource on another link in the time domain to transmit a service packet to be sent, such that it can also be adjusted according to actual needs based on the pre-configuration, thereby greatly increasing the flexibility of resource selection and the efficiency of spectrum use.

Abstract: Disclosed in the embodiments of the present application are a network access method and apparatus for a terminal, an electronic device and a storage medium. Said method comprises: a terminal determining a beam sweeping interval and a sweeping frequency point, and receiving a base station signal sent or forwarded by a satellite; determining the downlink signal quality of the base station according to the base station signal; and if it is determined, according to the downlink signal quality, that the terminal can successfully find a satellite, executing a network access process of the terminal. In the embodiments of the present application, the downlink signal quality of a base station is determined by means of a base station signal sent or forwarded by a satellite; and it is further determined, according to the downlink signal quality, whether a terminal can successfully find a satellite, without depending on ephemeris information, so that the terminal can accurately and quickly find a satellite for successful access and communication while insuring UE serviceability and prolonging life cycle of the terminal.

Abstract: Methods for selecting and configuring a random access channel, an access device and a network device are provided. The method includes: obtaining parameter information and time-frequency resource allocation information corresponding to at least two types of random access channels, the parameter information including a subcarrier spacing and a preamble sequence, a random access channel bandwidth obtained in accordance with the subcarrier spacing and a length of the preamble sequence being smaller than or equal to a maximum transmission bandwidth of a satellite access device, the subcarrier spacing including a reference value of a maximum frequency offset to be resisted by a satellite system; selecting target parameter information from the parameter information in accordance with a capability and an operating scenario of the access device and a frequency offset proportion of each random access channel; and selecting a random access channel in accordance with the target parameter information, and transmitting a random access signal in accordance with the time-frequency resource allocation information.
