Abstract: A gas detection probe includes a shell and a detection element. The detection element includes a first element and a second element. The shell includes a first shell portion, a second shell portion, and a third shell portion. The second shell portion and the third shell portion are mated and formed on an outer periphery of the first shell portion. The shell has a first cavity and a second cavity. The first shell portion is in sealing engagement with the third shell portion. The second shell portion is provided with a guide hole portion communicated with the second cavity. The first element is accommodated in the first cavity. The second element is accommodated in the second cavity. The gas detection probe of the present disclosure is more beneficial to realize miniaturization. A manufacturing method of the gas detection probe is also disclosed.

Abstract: The present application discloses a microchannel flat tube and a microchannel heat exchanger. The microchannel flat tube includes a flat tube body and a row of channels. The row of channels is arranged in the flat tube body along a width direction. The row of channels extends through the flat tube body along a length direction. A cross-section of each channel includes a first width in the width direction and a first height in a thickness direction. The row of channels at least includes a first group of first channels, a second group of second channels and a third group of third channels along the width direction. The first widths of the first channels, the second channels and the third channels decrease at a fixed rate, thereby facilitating the control of the thickness of the microchannel flat tube and improving the heat exchange efficiency of the third channels.

Abstract: A processing method of a heat exchanger and a heat exchanger are provided. The processing method includes following steps. A heat exchanger and a composite material is provided, where the heat exchanger includes a collecting pipe, a fin and a heat exchange tubes. The heat exchange tube is fixed to the collecting pipe. An inner cavity of the heat exchange tube is communicated with an inner cavity of the collecting pipe. At least part of the fin is retained between two adjacent heat exchange tubes. The composite material includes a solvent and an organosilane-based modified material with low surface energy. The composite material is coated on at least part of an outer surface of at least one of the collecting pipe, the heat exchange tube and the fin, and the composite material is cured. The heat exchanger obtained according to the present disclosure shows better hydrophobic performance.

The technical solution provided in the embodiments of the present invention improves the real-time performance and the accuracy of control of an electronic expansion valve.

Abstract: The present application provides a heat exchanger and a manufacturing method of a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger includes a metal substrate, the metal substrate has a fluid channel for circulating a heat exchange medium; and the heat exchanger further includes a coating, the coating includes resin, silica and titanium dioxide, and the coating is arranged to cover at least part of a surface of the metal substrate. Silica particles and titanium dioxide particles are conducive to the formation of a complex micro-nano structure, and leveling and stability of hydrophilic resin contribute to long-term maintenance of the micro-nano structure. The coating of the heat exchanger according to the present application has excellent hydrophilic durability.

The inner cavity of the heat exchange tube is communicated with the second cavity. As a result, uniformity of refrigerant distribution in the heat exchanger is improved.
