Abstract(English):

Disclosed is a film-forming method wherein a manganese-containing film is formed on a substrate in which an insulating film and a wiring line that contains copper are exposed from the surface. The film-forming method comprises a step (step 2) wherein a manganese-containing film is formed on the wiring line that contains copper by a CVD method which uses a manganese compound.
