摘要: Systems and methods are provided herein for providing spatial audio cues for notifying a user of a user interface (“UI”) element in augmented reality (“AR”). This may be accomplished by a system determining a location and orientation of a device, and then determining an estimated augmented reality view using the location and orientation of the device. The system may then determine whether a UI element is within the augmented reality view. If the UI element is within the augmented reality view, the system can play an audio cue signaling a position of the UI element using audio spatialization. After hearing the audio cue, the user may then view the UI element in AR using the device.

Further, the information processing apparatus generates target subject emphasis sound information indicating a sound including a target subject emphasis sound in which the specified target sound is emphasized more than a sound emitted from a region different from the region corresponding to the position of the target subject indicated by the acquired target subject position information in a case in which a virtual viewpoint video is generated.

摘要: A power-over-Ethernet (PoE) powered multichannel streaming audio amplifier includes a plurality of Ethernet ports each configured to be coupled to an Ethernet cable and capable of receiving power and audio data transmitted over the Ethernet cables. Power supply circuitry connected to the Ethernet ports is configured to combine and manage the power received at the Ethernet ports. A microprocessor subsystem powered by the power supply circuitry is configured to receive and process the audio data to generate output audio signals. A digital audio amplifier powered by the power supply circuitry amplifies the output audio signals received from the microprocessor system. A plurality of audio outputs connected to the digital audio amplifier are each configured to be connected to a different one of a plurality of speaker devices to transmit the audio output signals amplified by the digital audio amplifier to the plurality of speaker devices.

The service verifies if the user of the device has a subscription for a head related transfer function filters in the service being used and retrieves a filter as a response to a positive verification result. The service may filter audio channels and transmit filtered audio further. In an alternative embodiment the service transmits the filter to the user device for filtering the audio.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an acoustic output apparatus. The acoustic output apparatus may include an acoustic output component and a supporting structure forming an acoustically open structure that allows the acoustic output component to acoustically communicate with the surroundings. The acoustic output component may include a plurality of acoustic drivers, each of which may be configured to output a sound with a frequency range. At least one of the acoustic drivers may include a magnetic system for generating a first magnetic field. The magnetic system may include a first magnetic component for generating a second magnetic field and at least one second magnetic component. A magnetic gap may be formed between the first magnetic component and the at least one second magnetic component. A magnetic field intensity of the first magnetic field in the magnetic gap may be greater than that of the second magnetic field in the magnetic gap.

The acoustic output apparatus comprising: at least one low-frequency acoustic driver that outputs sound from at least two first sound guiding holes; at least one high-frequency acoustic driver that outputs sound from at least two second sound guiding holes; and a controller configured to cause the low-frequency acoustic driver to output sound in a first frequency range, and cause the high-frequency acoustic driver to output sound in a second frequency range, wherein the second frequency range includes frequencies higher than the first frequency range.

摘要: A media system and a method of using the media system to reproduce spatial audio based on head-to-torso orientation, are described. The method includes determining a head-to-source orientation and a head-to-torso orientation based on head orientation data generated by a head tracking device. Determining the head-to-torso orientation includes determining torso movements based on movements of the head. The torso can be determined to move when the head movements meet a head movement condition, such as a predetermined angle of movement or pattern of movement. A binaural audio filter that is based on a head-related transfer function corresponding to both the head-to-source orientation and the head-to-torso orientation is applied to an audio input signal to generate an audio output signal. The audio output signal is played to accurately recreate spatial audio having sounds emitted to the user by a sound source. Other aspects are also described and claimed.

摘要: This disclosure provides methods, devices, and systems for speech enhancement. The present implementations more specifically relate to utilizing multiple modalities to suppress audio originating from a distractor audio source without distorting audio originating from a target audio source. In some aspects, a speech enhancement system may receive a multi-channel audio signal via a microphone array and may further receive an image associated with a respective frame of the audio signal. The speech enhancement system detects one or more target faces in the image and determines whether the audio frame originates from a target audio source. For example, the speech enhancement system may compare a respective direction of each target face with a direction-of-arrival (DOA) of the audio frame. The speech enhancement system may selectively steer a beam associated with a multi-channel beamformer toward the DOA of the audio frame based on whether the audio frame originates from a target face.
