    摘要： A method for communication between a terminal and a communication equipment, via a communication network, is described. The method includes transmitting, from the terminal to the equipment, via the network, a search request for a public place, the request including the type of place and at least one word characterizing the type, the at least one word being associated with a first intensity value assigned to at least one human sense. The method also includes selecting, in the network, one or more public places for which a second intensity value for said at least one sense has been assigned and the second value of which is closest to the first value, and, in response to the request, receiving at the terminal a content item from the equipment including identification information in relation to the selected place/places.

    摘要： A system and method for condition tracking and management is disclosed. In the method, a user input including a message related to manifestation of the condition is received by a user. Based on one or more condition tracking parameters, condition related information is extracted from the user input. The condition related information is associated with the user. The condition related information is then classified to one or more disease tracking parameters by allocation the information to the corresponding condition tracking parameters. Further, the condition related information is compared to pre-stored condition related information, by comparing a user profile of the user with one or more other user profiles that are pre-stored. Subsequently, a response including one or more recommendations appropriate to the at least one user input is generated and the response is provided to the user.

    摘要： The present invention enables a user to share his/her listening experience selectively with others without sharing headphones and without disturbing others who do not want to listen. In a preferred embodiment, a first listener can accomplish this by storing in a Portable Electronic Device or similar device a library of listening experiences, listening to one of the listening experiences, and while listening to that one listening experience streaming the one listening experience to at least one other Portable Electronic Device or similar device. A second listener at the other Portable Electronic Device can then listen to the same listening experience as the first listener at the same time. It is expected that the listening experiences will typically be songs or other music but the invention may be practiced with any type of audio content. The first listener may also create a playlist of the listening experiences in the library and make the playlist available to others. Others may use the playlist to access the library and listen to one or more listening experiences stored in the library. Also, utilizing the same interface and communication methodologies as described above, the technology platform detailed in this application can be used for commercial purposes to stream location based content, audio and otherwise, to a connected network of Portable Electronic Devices. Commercial uses of this functionality include providing commercial establishments with the ability to create synchronous (users come into a stream at the exact point that it is being streamed in real time) and or asynchronous (users can select and start a transmission from the beginning) featured channels (location based) where they can stream any self created or otherwise authorized content to other Portable Electronic Devices in their range.

    摘要： During the operation, a computer receives, via a common user interface for different convenience services associated with providers, ordering information for an instance of a given convenience service in the convenience services, wherein the given convenience service includes a prespecified type of deliverable that is unchanged in different instances of the given convenience service. Moreover, the given convenience service includes providing the prespecified type of deliverable at a physical location of an individual. Then, the computer modifies the ordering information based at least in part on a predefined format. Next, the computer provides the modified ordering information to a given second computer in second computers associated with the providers, where the modified ordering information is provided via an application programming interface having the predefined format and associated with the given convenience service, and providing the modified ordering information orders the instance of the given convenience service.
