摘要: A fuzzy finite-time optimal synchronization control method for a fractional-order permanent magnet synchronous generator, and belongs to the technical field of generators. A synchronization model between fractional-order driving and driven permanent magnet synchronous generators with capacitance-resistance coupling is established. The dynamic analysis fully reveals that the system has rich dynamic behaviors including chaotic oscillation, and a numerical method provides stability and instability boundaries. Then, under the framework of a fractional-order backstepping control theory, a fuzzy finite-time optimal synchronous control scheme which integrates a hierarchical type-2 fuzzy neural network, a finite-time command filter and a finite-time prescribed performance function is provided.

摘要: A controller includes: a connection switch that switches a connection state of a winding of a synchronous motor during a rotating operation of the synchronous motor; a current detector that detects a rotary machine current flowing in the synchronous motor; a position/speed estimator that estimates a magnetic pole position and speed of a rotor; a voltage applicator that applies a voltage to the synchronous motor; and a control circuitry that generates a voltage command given to the voltage applicator on the basis of the magnetic pole position and the speed, and outputs a switching operation command for switching the connection state to the connection switch. The control circuitry generates the voltage command to bring the rotary machine current close to zero before the connection state of the winding is switched.

摘要: A method for estimating the temperature of a stator coil of a magnetic suspension bearing of a rotor that is connected by connection wires to circuits for servo-controlling the position of the rotor includes the following steps: measuring the electric voltage at the terminals of the connection wires of the stator coil; measuring the intensity of the current passing through the stator coil; estimating the electric resistance of the stator coil and of the connection wires on the basis of an adaptive filter, the measured electric voltage and the intensity of the measured current; and estimating the temperature of the coil on the basis of the value of the estimated resistance.

In a motor control device, a control switching determination unit determines whether or not a control region of a motor is in a voltage saturation region. A voltage command value generator generates a voltage command value of the motor based on a velocity command value and a velocity of the motor. When the control switching determination unit determines that the control region of the motor is in the voltage saturation region, the voltage command value generator determines a voltage vector angle of an output voltage applied to the motor from a total torque command value and a limit value of the maximum voltage capable of being output to the motor, and generates a voltage command value based on the voltage vector angle.

摘要: Reduced computation time for model predictive control (MPC) of a five level dual T-type drive considering the DC link capacitor balancing, the common-mode voltage (CMV) along with torque control of an open-ends induction motor based on determining a reduced set of switching states for the MPC. The reduced set of switching states are determined by considering either CMV reduction (CMVR) or CMV elimination (CMVE). Cost function minimization generates a voltage vector, which is used to produce gating signals for the converter switches. The reduced switching state MPC significantly reduces computation time and improves MPC performance.

摘要: A direct current (DC) electric motor assembly with a closed type overlap stator winding which is commutated with a timed commutating sequence that is capable of generating a stator rotating magnetic field. The coil overlap of the winding and a timed commutation sequence are such that the current in each slot of the stator is additive and when a previous magnetic pole collapses according to a commutation sequence; the energy released by that previous collapsing magnetic field is captured to strengthen the next magnetic field on the commutation sequence schedule. Electrical currents produced by the collapsing magnetic fields flow to low electric potential and add or subtract to the DC current provided by the commutator thus promoting formation of the next magnetic on commutation schedule. When used with a suitable commutator and rotor, the electric motor assembly provides a true brushless high torque speed controlled Real Direct Current (RDC) motor that operates with higher efficiency and higher power density.
