摘要: An electric actuator includes a motor, an output shaft, a detent plate, an elastic portion including a contacted portion, a first rotation sensor, a second rotation sensor, and a controller. In a case where an abnormality has occurred in the second rotation sensor, the controller executes causing the motor to rotate to cause the contacted portion to abut a first side wall portion located on one end side in the circumferential direction of a first valley portion in the detent plate, acquiring the first rotation angle when the contacted portion abuts on the first side wall portion, reversely rotating the motor to an angle, and determining that the contacted portion is stationary at the parking position.

摘要: A control device that includes a circuit board, a plurality of heating elements that generate heat that accompanies driving the motor, and a rotation angle sensor that detects a rotation angle of the motor. The circuit board has a power supply input portion to which a driving current of the motor is supplied, a heating element mounting region where the plurality of the heating elements are mounted, and a controller mounting region where the rotation angle sensor is mounted. The power supply input portion, the heating element mounting region, and the controller mounting region are disposed in such an order. The circuit board, as seen from an axial direction of the rotating shaft, protrudes to an outside of a projection region that projects an outer surface of a cylindrical portion of a motor case that surrounds the motor. The power supply input portion is located on a portion out of portions of the circuit board that are on the outside of the projection region.

摘要: A planar drive system has at least one stator assembly with a plurality of coil groups for generating a stator magnetic field, a stator surface above the stator assembly, and first and second rotors. The rotors each have a plurality of magnet units for generating a rotor magnetic field. The rotors can be moved above the stator surface in first and second directions, with the aid of an interaction of the stator magnetic field with the rotor magnetic field. A connection can be formed between the rotors with the aid of a coupling device. A controller is arranged to output control signals to the stator assembly. The stator assembly is configured to energize the coil groups on the basis of the control signals so that movements of the rotors, coordinated with one another with respect to the coupling device, are carried out with the aid of the stator magnetic field.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a multi-rotor direct drive transmission system, which includes multiple stator units, a guide rail, and multiple rotor units. Each of the multiple stator units includes a stator and a magnetic steel, and the guide rail is attached to the stator. Each of the multiple rotor units includes a rotor, a winding, a drive device, and a power supply unit. The winding is spaced from and arranged directly opposite to the magnetic steel, and the winding is configured to drive the magnetic steel. The drive device is electrically connected to the winding, and the drive device is connected to the control system by wireless communication. The multi-rotor direct drive transmission system further includes a conductive strip. The power supply unit is a movable cable. The multi-rotor direct drive transmission system of the present disclosure is simple in structure, and is easy to control and use.

摘要: A high-precision, low false alarm rate detection apparatus, system, and method for rapid reaction to sudden kinetic impulses caused by abnormal motion, such as kickback, of a power tool. The apparatus, system and method includes local measurement of sensing modalities with local real-time processing and advanced digital signal processing to measure the total kinematic motion of any power tool. A machine learning model pre-trained for the power tool to predict an occurrence of an abnormal motion such as a kickback event of the power tool, the machine learning model using data received from sensing modalities to predict an occurrence of the kickback event, and a reactive device of the power tool is activated upon prediction of the kickback event.

It includes a stator, which includes a front surface and a rear surface, and sidewalls that extend from the front surface to the rear surface. The stator includes salient stator poles positioned on the front surface. Each one of the salient stator poles including: a bobbin protruding out from the front surface in a direction along an axis of the bobbin that is perpendicular to the front surface; the bobbin comprising a bobbin front surface that is substantially parallel to the front surface of the stator; and a coil of electrically insulated wire wound around the bobbin. A rotor includes a front rotor surface and an opposite facing rear rotor surface; and further includes a plurality of rotor poles. The rotor is affixed to a shaft and rotates about an axis of rotation that is aligned with the shaft.
