摘要: An example busway system is provided that includes a first busway, a second busway, and a joint seal coupling the first busway to the second busway. The first busway includes a first end and an opposing second end, and the second busway includes a third end and an opposing fourth end. The joint seal includes panels configured to at least partially slide over the first or the opposing second end of the first busway, and at least partially slide over the third or the opposing fourth end of the second busway to couple the first busway to the second busway. The joint seal creates a seal at a joint formed by the first busway, the second busway, and the joint seal.

摘要: A busbar for an aircraft with at least two conductive layers and at least three insulating layers. The conductive layers and the insulating layers are stacked together alternatingly and extend in a longitudinal direction. The conductive layers and the insulating layers include different coefficients of thermal expansion. Each of the conductive layers includes spatial structures. Each spatial structure is connected to an adjacent one by an interconnecting segment. Each conductive layer is embedded between two insulating layers, resulting in a deforming of the side walls of the spatial structures under heat, thereby compensating a longitudinal expansion of the conductive layers. Further, an aircraft with a disclosed busbar and a method of producing such busbar is provided.

摘要: An apparatus for electrically insulating a lateral connecting portion of a laminated multi-phase busbar comprises an elongated housing having first second housing sections made of an electrically insulating material that are pivotally connected to each other along a hinge section extending in a longitudinal direction of said housing and an opening arranged opposite to said longitudinal hinge section for receiving a connecting portion of a laminated multi-phase busbar. Furthermore, the present disclosure relates to a method for assembling and installing such a three-phase arrangement (100) into the confined space (106).
