摘要: The techniques and systems described herein relate to manufacturing, characterizing, and/or identifying one or more types of magnetic nanowires (MNWs). One or more types of MNWs may be associated with different objects, and a system may identify the objects based on the magnetic nanowires associated with the objects. For example, such techniques may involve characterizing the types of MNWs based on magnetic field transmission characteristics and ferromagnetic resonance characteristics of each type of MNW. In some examples, the techniques described herein may enable the identification of each of a plurality of types of MNWs present in a sample or object based on a combined transmission value of the sample. Such techniques may enable the development and use of barcode-like systems of different types of MNWs for labeling and identifying objects of interest.

摘要: Provided is a glass panel unit that reduces the chances of an electric wire extended being disconnected. A glass panel unit includes a first panel, a second panel, a seal, a connecting void, and an electric wire. The first panel includes a first glass pane. The second panel includes a second glass pane and is arranged to face the second glass pane. The seal has a frame shape and hermetically bonds respective peripheral edge portions of the first panel and the second panel to create an internal space between the first panel and the second panel. The connecting void is provided for a portion, other than a portion facing the internal space, of at least one of the first panel or the second panel. The electric wire is extended from the internal space to the connecting void by passing through the seal.

摘要: A system comprises a flexible pad, an antenna wire disposed within the flexible pad, and an electronics unit connected to or capable of being connected to the antenna wire. The electronics unit can include circuitry configured to access a stored playlist representing a sequence of tones at different frequencies, and to generate signals representing the tones such that two or more of the tones are generated in the sequence according to the stored playlist. The electronics unit further can include an oscillator to generate a carrier signal and coupled so that the signals representing the tones modulate the carrier signal according to the sequence when applied to an input of the oscillator, where the oscillator has an output connected to transmit the modulated carrier signal onto an antenna when the electronics unit is in operation.

The input sensor is disposed on the display panel and overlapped with a first region of the display region. The first antenna and a second antenna are disposed on the display panel and are overlapped with a second region of the display region, and each of which includes a stretchable pattern. A first distance between opposite ends of the stretchable pattern of the first antenna may be different from a second distance between opposite ends of the stretchable pattern of the second antenna. The inventive concept may provide an electronic device including a stretchable antenna.

摘要: An RFID device includes an antenna defining a gap, with an RFID chip electrically coupled to the antenna across the gap. The RFID chip may be incorporated into an RFID strap, in which a pair of connection pads is connected to the RFID chip, with the connection pads connected to the antenna on opposite sides of the gap. Alternatively, the antenna may be connected to bond pads of the RFID chip. At least a portion of the antenna has a cross section with an at least partially curved perimeter. The cross section of the antenna may be differently shaped at different locations, such as having a flattened oval shape at one location and a substantially circular shape at another location. A portion of the cross section of the antenna may have a non-curved, relatively sharp edge, which may break through an outer oxide layer of a connection pad.
