摘要: The present invention provides a photovoltaic panel packaging structure and method for the same. The packaging structure comprises a frame and a solar photovoltaic panel. The solar photovoltaic panel includes a first frame surface and a second frame surface with a receiving space and grooves formed therein. The a solar photovoltaic panel is installed in the receiving space and stacked on top of a first stop portion. The solar photovoltaic panel includes a first encapsulating layer, a second encapsulating layer. The first encapsulating layer includes a plurality of engaging strips extending along the edges of the solar photovoltaic panel, the engaging strips are respectively embedded in the corresponding grooves to hold the solar photovoltaic panel in place in the frame. Meanwhile, a third encapsulating layer extends to connect to the second frame surface. As a result, weight and thickness can be reduced while reducing multiple packaging passes and simplifying the assembly process.

Each of the photovoltaic modules includes a wire cover bracket, which is configured to overlap the wire cover bracket of an adjacent one of the photovoltaic modules.

摘要: A method for manufacturing laminar layered photovoltaic panel and a laminar layered photovoltaic panel manufactured with the method. The method includes placing a previously chemically strengthened glass pane in the process chamber of a magnetron device and subject to the ion cleaning process, coating the top surface of the glass pane with a titanium layer using a magnetron sputter deposition method, and onto the uniform titanium layer, ceramic overprints of nanoparticles reproducing refined building material aggregates are made with the use of printing nozzles to obtain an array of micro-objects in the form of toroids, then imeerzing the glass pane in a water solution of hydrofluoric acid and subject to the electrochemical process. The glass pane is placed in a furnace for a thermal fixing process and bound with a float glass pane by lamination with the use of a polymer lamination films having photovoltaic cells.

摘要: An ultraviolet (UV)-resistant photovoltaic module. The photovoltaic module includes a cell layer, a back sheet layer, a UV barrier layer, and a connection layer. The back sheet layer is arranged on a backlight side of the cell layer. The UV barrier layer is arranged on a light-facing side of the cell layer, and the UV barrier layer is made of a flexible material. The connection layer is located between the cell layer and the back sheet layer and between the cell layer and the UV barrier layer. The UV barrier layer includes one or more UV absorbent additives such as 2-(2′-hydroxy-3′,5′-di-tert-phenyl)-5-chloro benzotriazole, 2-(2′-hydroxy-5′-methylphenyl)benzotriazole, 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxyl benzophenone, or 2-hydroxy-4-methoxy benzophenone.

摘要: A photovoltaic assembly includes a cell unit layer, a backplate and a reflective layer. The backplate is provided on a back side of the cell unit layer, and one side of the backplate away from the cell unit layer is provided with at least one junction box. The reflective layer is disposed between the cell unit layer and the backplate. The reflective layer includes a plurality of reflective longitudinal strips. Each of the plurality of reflective longitudinal strips covers edges of cell chips within at least one cell string. At least one of the plurality of reflective longitudinal strips is broken at a location adjacent to a cell chip covered by the junction box so as to form at least one opening.

Each of the one or more photovoltaic cells has a light receiving surface to be exposed to light from a light source and being comprised of a semiconducting material having a spectral response to the light. A spectral conversion layer is arranged between the light receiving surface and the light source and is configured to convert photons from the light source of a first energy into photons of a second energy. The spectral response to the photons of the second energy is higher than the spectral response to the photons of the first energy.

摘要: A sensor package structure includes a substrate, a sensor chip disposed on and electrically coupled to the substrate, a plurality of adhesive rings disposed on the sensor chip, a plurality of filtering lenses respectively adhered to the adhesive rings, and an encapsulant that surrounds the above components. A sensing region of the sensor chip has a layout boundary and a plurality of sub-regions that are defined by the layout boundary and that are separate from each other. The adhesive rings are disposed on the sensing region, and each of the adhesive rings surrounds one of the sub-regions. Each of the filtering lenses, a corresponding one of the adhesive rings, and a corresponding one of the sub-regions jointly define a buffering space. The encapsulant is formed on the substrate and covers the layout boundary of the sensor chip.
