摘要: Provided is a drive structure for a high-voltage direct-current relay, the drive structure comprising: a retaining frame, a stopper piece, a movable spring piece, and an elastic member. The retaining frame comprises two retaining side arms, a support plate, and a drive rod. The two retaining side arms are disposed at two sides of the support plate, and the drive rod is connected to a bottom portion of the support plate. The stopper piece has one end connected to a terminal end of one of the retaining side arms, and the other end connected to a terminal end of the other retaining side arm. The elastic member has one end pressing against the support plate and the other end pressing against the movable spring piece, the movable spring piece presses against the stopper piece, and the stopper piece is provided with an arc isolation portion. The drive structure for a high-voltage direct-current relay has an bottom-up assembly manner, in which the elastic member, the movable spring piece, and the stopper piece are stacked sequentially, and the stopper piece is connected to and retained by the two retaining side arms, thereby realizing a simple and fast assembly process, and increasing assembly efficiency of high-voltage direct-current relays. In addition, the arc isolation portion has an effect of isolating arcs, thereby improving a service life of high-voltage direct-current relays despite reverse arcs.

摘要: A low-voltage circuit breaker, including: at least one fixed contact, for each pole, which is electrically connected to a terminal for connection to an electric circuit and a corresponding moving contact which is associable/separable with respect to the fixed contact by means of a rotation of the moving contact; an arc chamber positioned in correspondence of the fixed contact; a rotating contact supporting shaft common to all poles, which is functionally connected to an actuation mechanism of the circuit breaker, the actuation mechanism including a kinematic system operatively connected to an actuation lever for opening/closing operations and provided with opening springs and a tripping shaft for releasing the kinematic system and allowing its movement from a closed to an open position. The low-voltage circuit breaker includes for each pole a quick acting trip device including a plunger inserted in a first channel connected to an arc chamber of the corresponding pole, the first channel being positioned proximate to the at least one fixed contact with its longitudinal axis perpendicular to the axis of the rotating contact supporting shaft, the plunger having a first operative surface subjected to the pressure of the arc chamber and a second operative surface, the quick acting trip device further includes a trip lever having a first portion cooperating with the tripping shaft and a second portion cooperating with the second operative surface of the plunger.

摘要: An improved high speed breaker for industrial or railways applications wherein a high D.C. current must be interrupted with high efficiency and extremely fast intervention times. The breaker includes, in a casing, a base portion supporting an activating a switching mechanism including a holding mechanism and a release mechanism, an intermediate switching or breaking contacts portion, including fixed contacts and movable contacts, and a top arc chute extinguishing portion covering the switching or breaking contact portion, wherein intermediate delimiting portions are provided on both sides of the casing to delimit laterally the intermediate switching or breaking contact portion and to provide lateral guides for the arc chute extinguishing portion, wherein the arc chute extinguishing portion is slidably mounted in the casing, and wherein at least a lever mechanism is extended transversally between the opposite intermediate delimiting portions for moving or raising the arc chute extinguishing portion for inspection.

摘要: The present invention relates to a switching device with at least one contact point and an arc blow device associated with the contact point, where the arc blow device comprises at least one blow magnet for generating a magnetic blow field, and where the blow field is of such nature that a switch arc developing when the contact point opens is blown out from the contact point. It is according to the invention provided that the blow field comprises a first magnetic field area and a second magnetic field area arranged adjacent to the first magnetic field area, where the magnetic field lines of the first magnetic field area are oriented in opposite direction to the magnetic field lines of the second magnetic field area, and where the blow field further comprises a transition area which connects the first magnetic field area and the second magnetic field area with each other, where the orientation of the magnetic field lines in the transition area, each starting out from the first magnetic field area and the second magnetic field area, aligns toward the contact point so that the switch arc within the transition area is in dependence of the direction of the current, starting out from the contact point, directed either into the first magnetic field area or into the second magnetic field area and there in both cases blown in the same direction away from the contact point.
