The shutter lock assembly includes a lock plate assembly configured to couple to the circuit breaker cassette and an actuation mechanism having a first end coupled the lock plate assembly. The actuation mechanism is configured to actuate the lock plate assembly to lock the shutter of the circuit breaker cassette in a closed position.

    摘要： A circuit breaker includes an electrically insulative case and a rotor assembly disposed within the electrically insulative case. The rotor assembly includes a contact arm and a rotor that is rotatable relative to the electrically insulative case. The contact arm is coupled to the rotor and movable between a first position in which a conductive path is closed and a second position in which the conductive path is open. The rotor assembly also includes a latch mechanism coupled to the rotor. The latch mechanism retains the contact arm in the second position during a short circuit event. The latch mechanism is spaced from the contact arm when the contact arm is in the first position. The latch mechanism engages the contact arm when the contact arm is in the second position.

    摘要： A circuit breaker housing assembly is disclosed. The housing (47) includes a first housing piece (14) defining a first interior surface (52) including a first mating surface (152), and a second housing piece (60) defining a second interior surface (62) including a second mating surface (260) which is opposingly coupled to the first mating surface to define a seam (202) therebetween. An adhesive material (201) is disposed between the corresponding first and second mating surfaces along the seam. A moveable contact is disposed in the housing and is selectively moveable with respect to a corresponding stationary contact. The first and second interior surfaces (52,62) further cooperatively define a first recess (120) therebetween, and the moveable contact assembly is disposed in said first recess.
