    摘要: One embodiment provides a system comprising a motor and a disc selector mechanism. The disc selector mechanism is coupled to a bottom of a guide cage and maintained in a space below the cage. The disc selector mechanism comprises a shaft, transmission components, and a slide assembly that is laterally slidable along the shaft in response to the motor driving the transmission components. The slide assembly comprises a slide coupled to the shaft, a pivot bar coupled to the slide, and pick blades pivotally coupled to the pivot bar. A linear motion of the slide assembly along the shaft drives a linear translation of the pivot bar. The linear translation drives a pick blade of the slide assembly to move towards a side of the cage and out of the space and to pivot to a raised position to contact and lift a disc upwards into a disc gripper device.

    摘要: A disc pick-and-place device for picking and clamping multiple discs and unloading the multiple discs is provided. The disc pick-and-place device includes a supporting body, multiple picking members and a driver. The picking members are disposed around a support body and flexibly abut the edges of the discs. Each picking member includes a flexible rod, a first carrying portion and a second carrying portion. The first carrying portion and the second carrying portion are located on the flexible rod and separated by an interval. The first carrying portion and the second carrying portion partly overlap with each other in an axial direction of the flexible rod. The driver is for driving each flexible rod to rotate and move each first carrying portion and each second carrying portion to a disc releasing position or a disc holding position.

The spindle motor includes a shaft fixedly installed on a base member and including an upper thrust member, a sleeve rotatably supported by the shaft, a hub extended from the sleeve in an outer diameter direction, and a sealing cap mounted on the hub, wherein the upper thrust member and the sleeve or the hub include a liquid-vapor interface formed therebetween, wherein a gap between facing surfaces of the sealing cap and the upper thrust member in the axial direction is narrow enough to form a labyrinth seal, and wherein the sealing cap includes a curved part curved so that a gap between the sealing cap and the upper thrust member at a portion of the sealing cap facing the upper thrust member in the axial direction is varied in a radial direction.

    摘要: An optical disk retrieval device separates and retrieves a plurality of loaded optical disks one by one in order from top. The device includes: a base that loads the plurality of optical disks; A pulling-up unit for pulling up the top optical disk of the plurality of loaded optical disks; a separation member that can cause a force to act on an inner wall of an inner hole of a plate-like member having the inner hole; and A separation member elevating unit for moving the separation member in a vertical direction. The pulling-up unit lifts the top optical disk upward, and the separation member elevating unit passes the separation member through an inner circumferential hole of the top optical disk lifted by the pulling-up unit from an upper side to a lower side. The separation member causes the force to act on the inner wall of the inner hole of the plate-like member adhering directly beneath the top optical disk to thereby separate the plate-like member.
