摘要: A method for changing an itinerary based on a user change request is disclosed. The method may commence with receiving an itinerary request associated with one or more passengers. The method may continue with receiving a user itinerary change request associated with the itinerary network. The method may continue with generating an itinerary object associated with the user itinerary change request. The method may continue with modifying the itinerary network based on the itinerary object. The method may continue with processing the itinerary network using a topology of the itinerary network to create a plurality of tuples, the plurality of tuples including at least flight tuples and hotel tuples. The method may continue with performing a content search for the plurality of tuples for each of the one or more passengers. The method may continue with generating feasible itinerary solutions based on results of the content searches.

摘要: A graph-based data storage and retrieval system in which multiple subgraphs representing respective datasets in different namespaces are interconnected via a linking or “canonical” layer. Datasets represented by subgraphs in different namespaces may pertain to a particular information domain (e.g., the health care domain), and may include heterogeneous datasets. The canonical layer provides for a substantial reduction of graph complexity required to interconnect corresponding nodes in different subgraphs, which in turn offers advantages as the number of subgraphs (and the number of corresponding nodes in different subgraphs) increases for the particular domain(s) of interest. Examples of such advantages include reductions in data storage and retrieval times, and enhanced query/search efficacy, discovery of relationships in different parts of the system, ability to infer relationships in different parts of the system, and ability to train data models for natural language processing (NLP) and other purposes based on information extracted from the system.

摘要: The invention relates to a method and a system for improving performance of text summarization and has an object of improving performance of a technique for generating a summary from a given paragraph. According to the invention to achieve the object, a method for improving performance of text summarization includes: an a step of generating an embedding vector by vectorizing a natural language-based context; a b step of generating a graph using the embedding vector and calculating a first likelihood of each of at least one node included in the graph; a c step of generating a second likelihood by assigning a weight to the first likelihood according to a result of comparing at least one node included in the graph with the context; and a d step of calculating a third likelihood for all candidate paths present in the graph based on the second likelihood, selecting a path having a highest third likelihood, and generating a summary based on the path.

摘要: A system and method for condition tracking and management is disclosed. In the method, a user input including a message related to manifestation of the condition is received by a user. Based on one or more condition tracking parameters, condition related information is extracted from the user input. The condition related information is associated with the user. The condition related information is then classified to one or more disease tracking parameters by allocation the information to the corresponding condition tracking parameters. Further, the condition related information is compared to pre-stored condition related information, by comparing a user profile of the user with one or more other user profiles that are pre-stored. Subsequently, a response including one or more recommendations appropriate to the at least one user input is generated and the response is provided to the user.

摘要: Semantic matching between a source screen or source data and a target screen using semantic artificial intelligence (AI) for robotic process automation (RPA) workflows is disclosed. The source data or source screen and the target screen are selected on a matching interface, semantic matching is performed between the source data/screen and the target screen using an artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) model, and matching graphical elements and unmatched graphical elements are highlighted, allowing the developer to see which graphical elements match and which do not. The matching interface may also provide a confidence score of the individual matches, provide an overall mapping score, and allow the developer to hide/unhide the matched/unmatched graphical elements. Activities of an RPA workflow may be automatically created based on the semantic mapping that can be executed to perform the automation.

摘要: A text classification framework is disclosed, referred to as Co-attentive Fusion with Unified Label Graph Representation (CoFuLaG). The text classification framework is a two-stage process. In a first stage, a unified label graph is constructed that includes relevant label semantic information. The unified label graph advantageously unifies structured knowledge represented by a graph with unstructured knowledge given by label descriptions, thereby incorporating more adequate label semantics into text classification. The unified label graph advantageously models relations between labels explicitly, which can help to clarify subtle differences between two labels and identify exceptional sub-concepts under a label. In a second stage, a text classification model predicts an output label that should be applied to an input text using the unified label graph.

摘要: Disclosed are systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable storage media for utilizing a virtual assistant as part of a communication session. One or more of the participant users can select to utilize a virtual assistant to assist the participant users with tasks during the communication session. A user can use a communication application to enter a message directed to the virtual assistant. The virtual assistant can analyze the entered message and determine that the message was directed to the virtual assistant rather than to the other participants of the communication session. As a result, the message will not be transmitted to the other participants of the communication session and the virtual assistant will assist the user with the identified task. A virtual assistant can assist a user with a variety of different tasks. For example, the virtual assistant can gather requested data for the user from one or more web servers, such as weather data, traffic data, etc.

摘要: An analytics platform for the extraction of structured observations from largely narrative sources using a hybrid approach of user configuration and machine learning is provided. The analytics platform collects and normalizes data from public and private sources and applies extractions to the data to create a world view of objects, traits, and relationships of interest and maintains that world view as data and/or extractions are updated. The platform is further configured to apply queries to the extracted world view for a variety of purposes including scoring objects for prioritized attention, generating notifications when specific conditions are met, providing data sets for exploratory analysis, and triggering the automatic collection of enhancing data from external sources.

摘要: Disclosed are methods, systems, and machine-readable mediums which provide for customer chatbots that detect a customer handoff condition and in response, transferring the customer to a communication session with a live agent. The handoff condition may comprise an inability to understand the customer, an inability to answer the customer's question, expressions of frustration or anger on the part of the customer, a customer's express request to be transferred, or the like. The live agent may receive a complete history of the conversation with the chatbot so that the customer does not have to repeat him or herself to the live agent. The chatbot chat session may be linked to a social networking account of the customer and may take place in association with a social networking profile page of the company.
