摘要: Systems and methods are described herein for charge-based capacitor measurement. The system includes a first pseudo-inverter circuit and a second pseudo-inverter circuit. The system also includes a control circuit coupled between the first inverter circuit and the second inverter circuit. The control circuit is configured to generate independent and non-overlapping control signals for the first pseudo-inverter circuit and the second pseudo-inverter circuit. A shielding metal is coupled to the first pseudo-inverter circuit, the second pseudo-inverter circuit, and the control circuit. The shielding metal is configured to dissipate parasitic capacitance of at least one of the first pseudo-inverter circuit or the second pseudo-inverter circuit. A device under test is coupled to each of the first inverter circuit and the second inverter circuit.

One or more processors are communicatively coupled to the one or more sensors and configured to execute the computer-executable instructions to carry out operations comprising: generating, using first measurement data captured by the one or more sensors, a model based on a relationship between the first set of DO measurements and the first set of capacitance measurements; receiving, from the one or more sensors, second measurement data; predicting, using the model and based on the new capacitance measurement, an expected DO measurement; determining whether to use the expected DO measurement or the new DO measurement; and controlling, a valve to cause the determined oxygen input amount to flow into the environment based on the expected DO measurement.

摘要: A method can include in a first phase of a sensing operation, controlling at least a first switch to energize a sensor inductance; in a second phase of the sensing operation that follows the first phase, controlling at least a second switch to couple the sensor inductance to a first modulator capacitance to induce a first fly-back current from the sensor inductance, the first fly-back current generating a first modulator voltage at the first modulator capacitance, and in response to the first modulator voltage, controlling at least a third switch to generate a balance current that flows in an opposite direction to the fly-back current at the first modulator node. The first and second phases can be repeated to generate a first modulator voltage at the first modulator capacitance. the modulator voltage can be converted into a digital value representing the sensor inductance. 摘要: A circuit includes an amplifier, a bias voltage node, and a first set of switches configured, based on a first reset signal having a first value, to couple first and second input nodes to the bias voltage node and to couple first and second output nodes of the amplifier. First and second feedback branches each include a respective RC network including a plurality of capacitances. The first and second feedback branches further include a second set of switches intermediate input nodes and the capacitances, and a third set of switches intermediate input nodes and the plurality of capacitances. These switches selectively couple the capacitances to the input nodes and output nodes, based on a second reset signal having a first value. The second reset signal keeps the first value for a determined time interval exceeding a time interval in which the first reset signal has the first value.

The circuit comprises a capacitor under test, which is connected at one end to the output of an excitation circuit and at the other end to the input of an adjustment circuit. The invention also features a capacitance detection circuit that consists of a differential amplifier and a comparator.

The system is constructed to increase the precision of correlation between a sink current and a clock frequency necessary for health check of the storage capacitor. This construction enables completion of the health check in a shorter time, minimizing both energy consumption and loss of the storage capacitor.
