    摘要: A pressure sensor of the present invention comprises a cylindrical housing (10, 210); a diaphragm (30) which is fixed to the front end of the housing and exposed to a pressure medium; a pressure measuring member (70, 270) comprising a first electrode (71), a piezoelectric element (72) and a second electrode (73) laminated in sequence inside the housing; a first conductor (91, 210) in a long shape which is electrically connected to the first electrode; a second conductor (92, 290) in a long shape which is electrically connected to the second electrode; and a restricting member (100, 300) having insulation which is arranged inside the housing so as to restrict relative movement between the first conductor and the second conductor According to this configuration, it is possible to suppress or prevent variations in parasitic capacitance so as to suppress or prevent the occurrence of noise.

    摘要: A pressure sensor includes: a housing having a tubular shape, and including a front end including an opening; a diaphragm that is disposed to close the opening, and is structured to deform depending on a pressure exerted on a front side of the diaphragm, and includes a hole extending rearwardly from a front end face of the diaphragm; a sensor element structured to output a signal varying depending on an amount of the deformation of the diaphragm; and a heat receiver including a first portion and a second portion. The first portion is disposed in the hole of the diaphragm, and is joined with an inner periphery of the diaphragm defining the hole. The second portion is formed integrally with the first portion, and is disposed adjacent to a front end of the first portion, and is structured to cover the front end face of the diaphragm.

The locking feature may have a first passage in communication with an exterior of the apparatus. The housing assembly may have a sealing feature and may be configured to hold a sensor. The sealing feature (a) may mate with the bearing feature and (b) may compress the base portion of the gasket.     摘要: In a combustion pressure sensor having built-in charge amplifier, signal line overheating and deterioration of detection accuracy is restricted. The combustion pressure sensor includes a sensor body that includes a piezoelectric element having one end connected to chassis ground through a housing and detects pressure in a combustion chamber of engine, and a charge amplifier that includes at least a voltage converting unit converting output of the sensor body into voltage signal and a reference voltage generating unit generating reference voltage supplied to the voltage converting unit and operates on power supplied from a signal processing unit disposed outside. The reference voltage generating unit includes a voltage generating circuit having a constant current circuit and a resistor connected in series. The voltage generating circuit has one end connected to power line extending from the signal processing unit, and the other end connected to the end of the piezoelectric element.

    摘要: A glow plug adaptor for pressure measurement in a combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine includes an adaptor sleeve attached to an adaptor head that contains a pressure sensor with a diaphragm. A sealing shoulder can be screwed into an opening in a combustion chamber to provide a pressure-tight seal and permit passage of signal conductors from the pressure sensor through the adaptor sleeve. The adaptor head is tapered at the proximal combustion chamber end, and in the adaptor head a cavity is formed in such a way that the cavity is bounded by the diaphragm of the pressure sensor mounted therein and by a closed end wall of the adaptor head.

The membrane captures a pressure profile causing polarization charges generated on the piezoelectric sensor. The electrode arrangement receives the polarization charges generated and includes a charge-pick-off and a charge output. The charge pick-off is electrically and mechanically connected to the charge output, which is electrically is mechanically connected to the pre-stressing body via an electrical feedthrough arrangement on a side of the pre-stressing body that faces away from the membrane and seals the third gap in a pressure-tight manner from an environment of the third gap.
