摘要: A pressure detection device includes: a cylindrical body made of a conductor; a pressure receiver made of a conductor, the pressure receiver being mounted to one end side of the body and receiving pressure from the outside; a signal generator arranged inside the body, the signal generator being electrically connected to the pressure receiver and generating a signal corresponding to the pressure received by the pressure receiver; and a cover made of an insulator with a lower thermal conductivity than thermal conductivities of the body and the pressure receiver, the cover continuously covering an outer surface of the pressure receiver and a portion of an outer surface of the body, the portion being located at a side closer to the pressure receiver.

摘要: An in-cylinder pressure detecting apparatus for detecting a pressure in a combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine is provided. The in-cylinder pressure detecting apparatus comprises a pressure detecting element mounted on a tip-portion of a fuel injection device which injects fuel into the combustion chamber, and an amplifying circuit unit having an amplifying circuit which amplifies a signal output from the pressure detecting element and outputs a pressure detection signal. An in-cylinder pressure detecting unit integrated fuel injection device is configured by integrating an in-cylinder pressure detecting unit with the fuel injection device. The in-cylinder pressure detecting unit includes the pressure detecting element, the amplifying circuit unit, and a connecting member connecting the pressure detecting element with the amplifying circuit unit. The in-cylinder pressure detecting unit integrated fuel injection device is mounted on the internal combustion engine.

Female threads formed on a first buffer member 81 of the buffer member 80 and male threads formed on a second buffer member 82 of the buffer member 80 are configured to threadably engage each other.

摘要: A combustion pressure sensor has a case member with a joint surface on the side of a tip end and in which an opening portion is provided. A joint surface of a pressure reception member on which a combustion pressure acts is brought into planar contact with the joint surface of the case member so as to block the opening portion. A welding portion joins the joint surfaces to each other. A piezoelectric element stored in the case member converts a pressing force based on the combustion pressure transmitted from the pressure reception member into a signal. On the side of one edge side in at least the one joint surface, the one joint surface is limited to a given depth of welding from the other edge side. A predetermined clearance portion is provided so as to form a predetermined gap with the opposite joint surface and a welding portion is provided which includes at least all the limited joint surface from the other edge side in the one joint surface.
