    摘要: An aerodynamic element (often referred to as a vane or fletching) that is operatively coupled to the nock end (the back) of an arrow or similar projectile at an angle to the axis of the projectile is known to stabilize flight. This angle, known as offset or helical, in combination with the airflow generates both low and high pressures on different sides of the vane. This pressure difference imparts a torque around the projectiles primary axis which is one component to stabilizing the arrow's flight. Knowing the exact angle of this offset or helical of the vane to the axis of the arrow is critical to create an arrow with optimal performance. The illustrative tool allows the user to very accurately and precisely adjust a fletching jig to exactly the desired angle, as well as being able to setup multiple jigs with exactly the same setup.

    摘要: A new dart has an integrally formed flight part that is made of thin plastic with a uniform thickness. The flight part has a set of flexible blades that are radially offset, with the width of each blades being coplanar, and extending perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of a stem on which a barrel and dart tip are connected. Edges on a central portion of the flight part engage cooperating surfaces on a retainer, locking the retainer and the flight part against rotation with respect to each other. A self-lubricating bearing fits over the a stem and is used to connect to the flight part and the retainer for rotation with respect to a barrel and dart tip. A channel extends along the length of each blade. A bubble is positioned outwardly of the channel.

    摘要: An aluminum lighted nock with an external switch preferably includes a nock body, a light unit, a compression spring and a power source. The nock body preferably includes a string portion and a shank portion extending from one end of the string portion. A string receiver is formed in the other end of the string portion. A battery bore is formed through the shank portion and into the string portion. A light hole is formed through a bottom of the battery bore. The light unit preferably includes a top hat LED, a LED housing and a slide pin, which is slid into the battery bore. The pin battery is pressed into the battery bore. The shank portion is inserted into a nock end of an arrow. The top hat LED is pushed back during a launch of the arrow and creates an electrical connection with the power source.

    摘要: A high impact strength lighted nock assembly for an arrow that is activated when the arrow is fired with a bowstring. The lighted nock assembly includes a nock molded from a high impact strength, transparent polymeric material containing at least 10% by weight reinforcing fibers. The nock includes a head configured to engage with the bowstring and a shank configured to couple with a rear end of the arrow. The shank includes a recess extending in a distal end of the shank toward the head. A light assembly including a light emitting device is located in the recess in the shank that is electrically coupled to a battery. A switch is electrically coupled to the light emitting device and the battery that is triggered when the arrow is tired to activate the light emitting device.

The pin includes a pin base, a pin element positioned laterally away from the pin base, and a pin collar positioned between the pin base and pin element.
