摘要: A heat exchanger includes a first collecting pipe, a number of heat exchange tubes and a partition plate. The heat exchange tubes are inserted into the first collecting pipe. By means of the partition plate, a first inner cavity of the first collecting pipe is divided into a first sub-cavity and a second sub-cavity. One end of each heat exchange tube is in communication with the first sub-cavity. In the process of a refrigerant entering the first collecting pipe, the refrigerant flows into the second sub-cavity firstly, and forms a severe turbulence effect after interacting with the heat exchange tubes inserted into the second sub-cavity. Then, the refrigerant flows into the first sub-cavity through holes provided in the partition plate, and then flows into the heat exchange tubes. As a result, the uniformity of the two-phase refrigerant distribution can be relatively improved.

摘要: A heat exchanger including a first reservoir, a second reservoir, and a heat tube including a body extending between the first reservoir and the second reservoir, where the heat tube defines a working region having a cross-sectional shape with an exterior wall enclosing a channel therein that is in fluid communication with the first reservoir and the second reservoir. The heat tube includes a curvilinear tube axis extending the axial length of the working region, and where the body of the working region includes the cross-sectional shape extruded along the curvilinear tube.

摘要: A heat exchanger mounting device including a device plate, at least one securing device, and at least one cage is provided. The at least one securing device includes a barrel and pin. A first barrel end of the barrel is incorporated in at least one opening of the device plate. An augmented head of the pin extends at least partially through and rotatable in the barrel. The at least one cage is mounted on a heat exchanger. The augmented head extends through a cage opening of the at least one cage in a first direction. The augmented head rotates within the at least one cage in a second direction to secure the at least one securing device to the heat exchanger. The weight of the heat exchanger is substantially supported by the at least one securing device by way of the at least one cage and augmented head.

摘要: A process heat exchange rod for cooling or heating liquids in a process vessel. The rod may have a linear form and extend downward through an upper wall of the process vessel into proximity with the lower floor. The rod internally defines a circulatory flow path for the heat exchange medium, including an outer jacket and a flow diverter having a central through bore and external helical flutes. Heat exchange medium travels down through the central through bore and then back up through helical grooves formed between the flow diverter and the outer jacket, or vice versa. Accurate heating or cooling of the process fluid is attained by modification of the configuration of the heat exchange rod as well as the flow rate and temperature of the heat exchange medium. The components may be injection molded of a polymer, often transparent, having a high heat transfer coefficient.

摘要: A heat exchanger includes a bag-like outer packaging material. A heat medium flows into an inside of the outer packaging material via the heat medium inlet, passes through the inside, and flows out of the outer packaging material via the heat medium outlet. An inner core material is arranged in the inside of the outer packaging material. The outer packaging material has an outer packaging laminate material including a metal heat transfer layer and a resin thermal fusion layer on a surface side of the heat transfer layer. The outer packaging laminate materials form a bag shape by integrally joining the thermal fusion layers along the peripheral edge portions. The inner core material includes the inner core laminate material with a metal heat transfer layer and resin thermal fusion layers on surface sides of the heat transfer layer. The thermal fusion layers of a concave portion bottom and a convex portion top of the inner core material and the thermal fusion layers of the outer packaging laminate material are integrally joined.

摘要: A heat exchanger having an outer packaging body having an inlet, an outlet, a pair of opposing walls, and a corrugated inner fin disposed between the opposing walls and provided alternately and continuously with a concave portion and a convex portion. The outer packaging body is formed of an outer packaging laminate material in which a resin heat-fusible layer is provided on an inner surface side of a metal heat transfer layer. The inner fin is formed of an inner core laminate material in which a heat-fusible layer is provided on both surface sides of a metal heat transfer layer. The inner fin has a rectangular wave shape in which a concave bottom wall and a convex top wall are arranged parallel to the opposing walls, and a rising wall connecting the concave bottom wall and the convex top wall is arranged perpendicular to the opposing walls.
