摘要: An outdoor unit includes a housing, a heat exchanger, an electric component box, a substrate, and a heat dissipator including multiple fins. The fins each have a first end situated in a windward side of an air passage formed between adjacent ones of the fins, and the first end faces the electric component box. When the heat dissipator and the electric component box are viewed from above, a first clearance gap having a first width and a second clearance gap having a second width greater than the first width are formed between the first end and the electric component box. The second clearance gap is situated closer to a back panel than the first clearance gap.

摘要: A device and a method to provide direct room air cooling. The device is a duct-less economizer that runs independent of existing HVAC systems. The device has its own thermostat setting and is capable of providing significant insulation values when closed. In addition, the method by which the device determines the availability of cool air is improved. This is achieved by using internet weather data, to read outdoor heat indexes, instead of primarily relying on local sensors.

摘要: An outdoor unit of an air-conditioning apparatus includes: a bottom plate having a drain hole formed therein to discharge drain water generated in a heat exchanger; a heater provided at an upper surface of the bottom plate; a heater fixing tool provided to fix the heater to the bottom plate, with the heater interposed between the heater fixing tool and the upper surface of the bottom plate; a screw fastened after inserted into a screw hole from above to fix the heater fixing tool to the bottom plate, the screw hole being provided in overlapping portions of the heater fixing tool and the bottom plate; and a protective cap configured to cover a tip of the screw from below, which projects downwards from a lower surface of the bottom plate. The screw hole is located in a surrounding area which surrounds the drain hole, and the heater fixing tool is fixed to the bottom plate in the surrounding area.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an air conditioner outdoor unit that includes: a motor having first and second output shafts; a first-stage fan blade connected to the first output shaft; a second-stage fan blade connected to the second output shaft. The motor is configured to drive the first-stage and second-stage fan blades to rotate, and rotation directions of the first-stage and second-stage fan blades are opposite. The motor is located between the first-stage and second-stage fan blades, or on the same side of the first-stage and second-stage fan blades. The outdoor unit is provided with a motor, and first-stage and second-stage fan blades, so that the motor drives the first-stage fan blade to rotate through the first output shaft, and drives the second-stage fan blade to rotate in the opposite direction through the second output shaft. By recovering the rotational energy of the airflow, higher wind pressure is achieved.
