The grease gun and the hose can be inserted into the first tube and the second tube, respectively, for mounting the grease gun and the hose to the object.

摘要： An exhaust device for a grease gun includes: a grease output valve, a normally closed unit, an exhaust valve and an adjusting member. The integral design of the exhaust valve and the adjusting member provided on the grease output valve enables the adjusting member to be adjusted to the exhaust position during the exhaust operation, so that the blocking portion of the adjusting member does not block the exhaust hole from the exhaust passage but allows the exhaust hole to communicate with the exhaust passage. At this time, the air in the grease output passage of the grease output valve can be exhausted through the exhaust passage and the exhaust hole, so that the grease gun can smoothly pump out grease.

摘要： A grease gun with an adjustable operating angle includes: a grease barrel having a first annular assembling portion and a first annular pivot portion; a gun body having a second annular assembling portion facing the first annular assembling portion and a second annular pivot portion to be pivotally disposed on the first annular pivot portion; a positioning ring fixed to the second annular assembling portion and having annularly arranged positioning cavities and facing the first annular assembling portion; and a positioning unit having a positioning member movable between a locked position and a release position, and the positioning member having a positioning portion to be inserted into or disengaged from the positioning cavities. The grease barrel and the gun body can be rotated and fixed relative to each other after rotation to adjust the angle between the two, which consequently reduces the space limitation on the grease feeding operation.

摘要： A grease discharge device includes a motor, a plunger, a grease supply unit, a pump, a check valve, and a relief valve. The plunger reciprocates by driving of the motor. The grease supply unit supplies grease to a forward movement side with respect to a backward movement side dead center of the plunger. The pump performs a discharge behavior of the grease by the reciprocation of the plunger. The check valve is disposed at a downstream side with respect to a forward movement side dead center of the plunger in a discharge path of the grease inside the pump. The relief valve is disposed between a supply portion of the grease by the grease supply unit and the check valve. The relief valve releases the grease inside the discharge path to the grease supply unit side according to a pressure rise inside the discharge path.

摘要： A grease gun is provided comprising a body having a reservoir bore with a plurality of grooves; a grease reservoir is in communication with the reservoir bore and has a reservoir groove on an outside surface of the reservoir. A retention fastener is received by a groove and is in operational engagement with the reservoir groove to removably retain the reservoir. The retention fastener may be connected to a fastener bracket via an aperture. The bracket is connected to a push-button via a connection mechanism. The grease reservoir may be removed or mounted to the connection aperture by exerting force on the button which transfers the force to the bracket via the connection mechanism. The force causes movement of the bracket along the aperture which deforms the retention fastener to allow the grease reservoir to be mounted/removed.

The user presses the container such that the plate pushes the oil into the first hose, and the oil is made to flow into the gun member. The user directs the dispensing pipe to dispense the oil.
