摘要: A refrigerant pipe of a refrigeration apparatus includes: a first pipe, made of stainless steel, through which a refrigerant flows; a joint pipe, made of a material different from stainless steel, disposed on an outer peripheral surface of the first pipe; and a second pipe, having a diameter smaller than a diameter of the first pipe, connected to the outer peripheral surface of the first pipe via the joint pipe. A surface of the second pipe at which the second pipe is connected to the joint pipe is made of a material identical to the material of the joint pipe.

摘要: The invention relates to a force generator for generating a linear pressure force, including a housing, an output wedge displaceably arranged in the housing, and a drive wedge for transmitting an externally exerted pressing force into a linear movement of the output wedge. The output wedge is connected to a first pressure element. The housing is connected to a second pressure element. A force applied to the drive wedge causes displacement of the first pressure element relative to the second pressure element. The force generator solves the technical problem of providing a high pressure force and using the known press jaws for this purpose.

摘要: An apparatus for sealing a hole or a shape in a surface may be disclosed. According to an exemplary embodiment, a soft material may be provided containing an interior hole, an exterior surface, a top lip, and an outer area. In an exemplary embodiment, a bottom lip may be further incorporated. In another exemplary embodiment, a rough surface may be imprinted onto the pipe seal apparatus. The rough surface may be imprinted into the interior portion of the body and the exterior portion of the body and the top lip, or both. An adhesive pipe sealant may be used along the rough surface. The rough surface may have a higher overall surface area for the adhesive to bond to, creating a stronger bond and preventing delamination.

摘要: A fitting for connecting a branch conduit to a liner installed in a main pipe is configured to mechanically connect to the branch conduit as it is inserted into the branch conduit from inside the main pipe. The mechanical connection is established without rotating the fitting. The fitting can include a body having an outer shaft section for being received in the branch conduit and an inner flange section for opposing the liner within the main pipe. The fastener include one or more teeth that extend radially from the exterior of the shaft section. The teeth can be secured to the shaft section by deforming portions of the fitting body against the teeth. The flange section supports a gasket for sealing against the liner when the fitting is installed. The flange section can include a rim that maintains the gasket in the proper position.
