摘要: A fan includes an impeller including a boss and a plurality of blades; an air guide portion through which an airflow moves from one end to the other end of the air guide portion; and a bell mouth defining a first suction passage inside the bell mouth and defining, together with an inner surface of the air guide portion, a second suction passage outside the bell mouth. Between an upstream end point located in an inlet of the first suction passage and a downstream end point located in an outlet of the first suction passage of the bell mouth, the bell mouth includes a minimum possible radius point to which a distance, in a radial direction, from a rotation axis of the boss is smaller than a distance, in the radial direction, from the rotation axis to the downstream end point.

摘要: A method includes simplifying flowing of airflow at root of a rotor blade into flowing of free jet, and determining an airflow expansion angle according to Mach number of incoming flow at root of a stator vane; calculating a radial height difference between a first end point on a leading edge of a stator platform and a trailing edge of an adjacent rotor platform by using an axial distance thereof, the angle and a deviation coefficient; determining position of the first end point with radial height difference; determining intersection point of the leading edge and the stator platform as position of a second end point on the leading edge; and determining a profile line between the points by bridging spline curves, so that the tail end thereof is tangent to the intersection line, and the starting end thereof is kept on same plane as side wall of the leading edge.

The impeller rotor includes a vane structure and a shroud. The vane structure includes a first sidewall, a second sidewall and a plurality of vanes arranged circumferentially about a rotational axis. The vanes include a first vane. The first vane includes a first portion, a second portion and a third portion. The first portion is axially between the first sidewall and the second sidewall. The second portion is radially between the first sidewall and the shroud. The third portion is radially between the second sidewall and the shroud. The shroud circumscribes the vane structure. A gap is formed by and extends between the shroud and the static structure. A dimension of the gap changes as the gap extends along the shroud.

A distance from a rotational axis of the centrifugal fan to a downstream end in the first region is greater than a distance from the rotational axis to the downstream end in the second region. A curvature of a surface of the first region in a cross section including the rotational axis is smaller than a curvature of a surface of the second region in a cross section including the rotational axis.
