摘要： A bearing device includes a piston arranged in a cylinder of a rotor, and a half bearing mounted on the piston to support a roller. The piston includes a recessed holding surface, and holding side surfaces on both axial sides thereof. Each holding side surface includes a ridge portion having an arc-shaped or elliptic-arc-shaped profile protruding toward a radially inner side of the piston. The half bearing includes a partially cylindrical portion, and protruding portions at a circumferential center thereof. Each protruding portion has a protruding portion end face which includes a central recessed surface, and two support recessed surfaces located on both circumferential sides thereof, that have an arc shape or an elliptic arc shape to correspond to the profile of the ridge portion, so that only the two support recessed surfaces are in contact with the ridge portion.

摘要： The present invention relates to a rotary engine comprising a stator, a first rotor rotatably mounted on the stator about a rotational axis of the first rotor, and a second rotor rotatably mounted on the stator about a rotational axis of the second rotor parallel to the rotational axis of the first rotor such that the second rotor is eccentrically mounted to and surrounding the first rotor, wherein the first rotor comprises a first cylinder with a piston chamber limited by a translationally displaceable first piston with a first rod fixed to an outer side of the second rotor on an end of the first rod outwardly projecting from the first cylinder towards the outer side of the second rotor and fixed to the first piston on the other end of the first rod, wherein the first rotor further comprises at least one second cylinder, each of the at least one second cylinder comprising a piston chamber limited by a translationally displaceable second piston with a second rod coupled to an outer side of the second rotor on an end of the corresponding second rod outwardly projecting from the respective second cylinder towards the outer side of the second rotor and fixed to the corresponding second piston on the other end of the corresponding second rod, and wherein the end of each second rod coupled to the outer side of the second rotor is supported such that the end is rotationally displaceable along a limited curved guide path within the second rotor.

摘要： A radial piston device includes a housing and a pintle fixed thereto that includes an inlet and an outlet, each aligned with a pintle axis. A rotor is rotatably disposed around the pintle and includes radially oriented cylinders. A piston is axially displaceable in each cylinder and includes a head defining a spherical contact surface. A thrust ring is rotatably disposed within the housing about the rotor and is in contact with each piston, such that a rotation of the rotor rotates the thrust ring. An inner surface of the thrust ring defines a toroidal contact surface. A contact location between the spherical contact surface and the toroidal contact surface varies as the rotor rotates about the pintle. A drive shaft is engaged with the rotor, such that a rotation of the rotor rotates the drive shaft.

摘要： A multi-piston motor/pump is disclosed particularly useful for air motor applications incorporating a cylinder block having a plurality of radially extending pistons and cylinders. Each cylinder is provided with a bronze insert at the top of the cylinder having an intake and exhaust port therein. Rotary valves are mounted on an output shaft and include axial flanges having openings therein that align with the input or exhaust openings in each cylinder. As the rotary valves rotate, the openings therein sequentially align with the input/exhaust ports provided in the bronze inserts such that air or fluid entering each cylinder enters axially of the cylinder. A center mounting plate is secured to the cylinder block and separates the input ports from the exhaust ports to enable fluid flow into the input ports and exhaust from the exhaust ports while isolating each port from the adjacent port in each cylinder.

摘要： The rotary reciprocating piston engine as a rotor rotatably journaled in a housing and a plurality of pistons movable in radial direction in the rotor between outer and inner dead points. Each piston has a piston rod mounted on a transverse shaft carrying at each end a sliding element which is displaceable in radial grooves formed in the rotor on both sides of the piston. The sliding elements are each provided on the outer side thereof facing away from the piston with a pin received in a housing-fixed star-shaped endless guide groove. The guide groove extends about the axis of rotation of the rotor and controls the movement of the pistons in radial direction between the inner and outer deadpoints.
