    摘要: An electronic actuator for an elevator safety brake system, the actuator having: an electromagnet assembly; and a first magnet assembly configured for being retracted from engagement with a rail depending on an energized state of the electromagnet assembly, the first magnet assembly including: blocks spaced apart from each other, respectively defining block bodies, and elongated block legs respectively extending aft from the block bodies; and a first magnet is disposed between the block bodies; wherein the electromagnet assembly includes: a core that defines: a core body extending between core ends that are spaced apart from each other; and core stub legs respectively extending forward from the core ends that are positioned adjacent to the elongated block legs when the first magnet assembly is retracted; and a coil winding wound about bobbins that are placed over the core body, the elongated block legs are longer than the core stub legs.

    摘要: An elevator apparatus provided with a safety gear is disclosed which is adapted to prevent the turn-on of a brake state detection switch during power outage even while being operated by an electric actuator. This elevator apparatus includes: a safety gear 5 disposed at a car 1; and an electric actuator 3 for operating the safety gear. The elevator apparatus further includes a brake state detection switch 6 for detecting a brake state of the safety gear. The brake state detection switch is operated by a mechanism 8 which operates the safety gear with an operation of the electric actuator. The brake state detection switch is in an off state for a displacement of the mechanism during interruption of power supply. The brake state detection switch is turned on for the displacement of the mechanism during the brake of the safety gear.

An elevator controller receives a signal to reset the safety actuator (52) and moves the elevator car upwards relative to the guide rail (106a) so as to release the safety brake (48). A safety board controller is instructed to operate an electromagnet (62) in the safety actuator (52) to pull a magnetic actuator pad (54′) laterally away from the guide rail (106a) to a reset position while the elevator car is moving upwards during the reset operation.

The first brake element is mounted in a displaceable manner in a linear bearing on the first guide element. The first guide element can be moved between a rest position and a braking initial position. The actuating element is designed to move the first guide element from the rest position into the braking initial position, more particularly to activate the safety brake. The first brake element can carry out a braking movement from the braking initial position into a braking position. The braking movement returns the first guide element to the rest position. The first guide element is guided on a first parallelogram guide.

    摘要: A safety brake system for use in a conveyance system is provided. The safety brake system includes a guide rail and a conveyance component moveable along the guide rail. The safety brake system comprises: a safety brake moveable between a non-braking position where the safety brake is not in engagement with the guide rail and a braking position where the safety brake is engaged with the guide rail; a linkage mechanism; and an actuator for the safety brake. The actuator is configured to be mounted to the conveyance component. The actuator comprises an electromagnet switchable between a first state and a second state; and an actuation component configured to move relative to the electromagnet from a first position when the electromagnet is in the first state to a second position when the electromagnet is in the second state.

    摘要: An electronic safety actuator assembly for an elevator system includes a safety case vertically moveable relative to an elevator car. Also included is a safety brake disposed within the safety case. Further included is an electromagnet operatively coupleable to the elevator car. Yet further included is a link member operatively coupleable to the elevator car and to the safety brake. Also included is a magnet disposed between the electromagnet and the safety case, the magnet vertically moveable relative to the elevator car, the electromagnet switchable between an energized condition and an un-energized condition, one of the energized condition and the un-energized condition magnetically attracting the magnet to the electromagnet, the other of the energized condition and the un-energized condition magnetically repulsing the magnet away from the electromagnet, repulsion of the magnet moving the safety brake from a non-braking position to a braking position.
