摘要： A rolled material dispenser; including a roll supporting structure that supports a plurality of rolls of material, each roll of material having a width and a long axis, the roll supporting structure supporting the rolls of material with the long axes parallel and with a free end of the rolled material extending downwardly from each of the of rolls. The dispenser includes a pinch roller assembly located beneath the roll supporting structure. The pinch roller assembly is movable in a direction perpendicular to the long axes of the rolls of material and the pinch rollers have a second long axis oriented parallel to the first long axis. A conveyor is positioned below the pinch roller assembly and a material cutter assembly facilitates cutting the rolled material.

摘要： A reel assembly includes a plurality of reels coupled to a reel support device. The reels are configured to rotate relative to the reel support device to dispense materials. The reel support device includes a first plate coupled to a second plate with fasteners that are coupled to first holes in the first plate and include a fastening portion received in second holes in the second plate. The fasteners are removably coupled to the second holes, such that an operator can rotate the first plate relative to the second plate by applying a lateral force to the first plate to remove the fastening portion from the second holes. The first plate rotates until the fastening portion is secured in a successive one of the second holes. During normal operation, an elastic element in the fasteners holds the first plate in position until the force is provided by the operator.

摘要： A web material dispenser includes a housing and a pivotable roll support assembly provided therein. A first mandrel is provided at a first attachment location of the roll support assembly to support a first roll of web material. A second mandrel is provided at a second location of the roll support assembly to support a second roll of web material. The web material dispenser permits one-handed operation to replace the rolls of web material and to change positions of the mandrels within the dispenser. The roll support assembly may have a linkage arm and/or a roll support arm. Positions of the first and second mandrels relative to the dispenser's opening can be switched by pivoting the linkage arm relative to the housing and by pivoting the roll support arm relative to the linkage arm. A method for switching positions of rolls in the web material dispenser is also provided.
