摘要: A system and apparatus for a medication container singulator apparatus is disclosed. The container singulator apparatus includes a main frame, a belt support, a cleated belt, a ramp, a divider, and a push plate. As medication containers are routed upward along the cleated belt, the push plate pushes medication containers towards one end of the cleated belt. The divider knocks off medication containers lying perpendicular to the cleated belt. The ramp pushes medication containers hanging off of the cleated belt off. At the top end of the container singulator apparatus, medication containers are limited to one per cleat and are pushed to one side of the cleated belt.

摘要: A system for obtaining a photopolymerized prepolymer for use as a component of a material suitable for manufacturing buildings or building components by 3D printing processes. The system contains a flexible closed loop conveyor stretched between a precursor loading station and a prepolymerization material receiver from which the product is unloaded to a construction 3D printing machine. The conveyor carries a plurality of flexible trays capable of looping around the pulleys of the closed loop conveyor. The trays are shallow troughs that have open tops and carry dosed portions of the precursor, which is photopolymerized on its way from the loading station to the unloading station by sequentially passing under light sources of two photopolymerization stations. When the trays pass through the unloading position, they are turned upside-down and allow the precured material to fall into a receiver.

摘要: An endless elongate structure adapted to circulate around a path. The endless elongate structure comprises a central longitudinal portion and two lateral longitudinal portions on opposed sides of the central longitudinal portion for supporting the central longitudinal portion therebetween. 摘要: Load carrying belts, a conveyor system incorporating such belts and a method for transporting material from a loading zone to an unloading zone are provided. In one embodiment of a conveyor system, a specially configured belt is hung from a haul rope that loops around a pair of rotatable end sheaves. If necessary, there may be one or more intermediary support towers in spaced apart locations between the end sheaves having one or more support rollers over which the haul rope rides. The belt is specifically configured for hanging from the haul rope and providing one or more compartments within which the material being transported is enclosed. The compartment(s) may be opened in the loading zone to permit introduction of material to be transported into the compartment(s), closed between the loading zone and the unloading zone, and reopened in the unloading zone to permit discharge of the material. In some embodiments, the belt may include a plurality of corrugations in order to enhance flexibility of the belt.

摘要: A conveyor belt for use in a tubular conveyor belt system has a width and a length, and a longitudinal centerline. Further, there is a first anti-rotation region and a second anti-rotation region, wherein the first anti-rotation region is located between the first longitudinal edge and the load bearing region, and the second anti-rotation region is located between the second longitudinal edge and the load bearing region. The first and second longitudinal edges, and the load bearing region comprise longitudinal reinforcement members, and the first and second anti-rotation regions do not comprise longitudinal reinforcement members.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a self-closing tubular belt with predetermined compression forces at a longitudinal joint comprises winding a plastic material onto a small mandrel such that the plastic material thickness is not more than the height of a mandrel spiral rib, curing the plastic material, and removing the plastic material from the small mandrel, resulting in the plastic material being in a form of a spiral rubber spring having gaps between its twists. The resultant rubber spring is then wound on a larger mandrel thereby forming winding gaps. These winding gaps are then filled with a raw filler material, and these are processed so that all turns of the rubber spring are joined together monolithically. This is removed from the mandrel by making a longitudinal split in the spring, producing the tubular belt having prestressed regions formed by the spring, and resisting portions formed by the filler material.

The teeth are adapted to be driven without tension around a drive sprocket and an idler.
