    摘要: A vehicle front structure includes side frames in pairs, a bumper beam, a lower beam, coupling members in pairs, and gussets. The bumper beam and the lower beam extend in the vehicle width direction. Each coupling member extends in a vehicle upward-downward direction on an outer side of a corresponding one of the side frames in the vehicle width direction. The coupling members couple the bumper beam and the lower beam. A vehicle-front-side end part of each gusset is coupled to a middle part of a corresponding one of the coupling members in the vehicle upward-downward direction. A vehicle-rear-side end part of each gusset is coupled to the corresponding one of the side frames.

    摘要: A sensor arrangement structure that may improve sensing accuracy of a sensor tube and may make a sensor cover easy to install is disclosed. The sensor arrangement structure includes a bumper beam; a shock absorber disposed in front of the bumper beam; a contact sensor including a sensor tube, in which the sensor tube is disposed between the bumper beam and the shock absorber; and a sensor cover covering the shock absorber from a rear surface of the shock absorber, in which the sensor cover is disposed along a side surface of an end portion of the bumper beam in a width direction of a vehicle, the sensor cover has a protruding portion at a position corresponding to the sensor tube, and the protruding portion protrudes towards the shock absorber.

    摘要: A bumper reinforcement includes a main body made of metal, a reinforcing channel member, and a resin block. A mounting portion of a crash box is formed at a vicinity of each end of the main body. The reinforcing channel member includes a web, an upper flange and a lower flange that are placed on an outer panel, an upper panel and a lower panel of the main body at the mounting portion of the crash box, respectively. The reinforcing channel member is extended outward from the each end of the main body. The resin block is provided on an inner face of the reinforcing channel member. The resin block is contact with or joined to the outer panel and an inner panel of the main body at each end of the main body and extended from the each end to an outer edge of the reinforcing channel member.

    摘要: Provided herewith is a customizable bumper system for a vehicle and a related method of customizing. The customizable bumper system includes a central weldment that bolts onto a frame of the vehicle. The central weldment includes a height adjustable hitch receiver attachment structure in the form of an array of parallel holes for attaching a hitch receiver at a selected hitch height position along the central weldment. The central weldment also includes a pair of height adjustable extension attachment structures in the form of arrays of parallel holes for selectively attaching a respective pair of lateral bumper extension members upon which one or more selected light components are optionally installed. These lateral bumper extension members are also attached at a selected extension height position. Additional component attachment structures enable one aftermarket components to be optionally installed upon the central weldment.
