    Abstract: A method for an electric power tool includes providing a main current pulse (A) in a first direction driving a rotating shaft in a first direction to add torque to a joint; after providing the main current pulse (A), providing a current pulse (C) in an opposite direction to the first direction; immediately prior to providing the current pulse (C) in the opposite direction, providing a first pre-pulse current pulse (B) that is in the same direction as the current pulse (C) in the opposite direction and of a magnitude lower than the current pulse (C) in the opposite direction; and immediately prior to providing the main current pulse (A), providing a second pre-pulse current pulse (D) that is in the same direction as the main current pulse (A) and of a magnitude lower than the main current pulse.

During use of the device, when the screwdriver reaches a fixed torque, the device will slip if the device is continued to be rotated, so as to protect a screw and avoid the screw from being damaged.

    Abstract: A torque tool having a handle, a rotatable setting body for setting a torque, a display for a defined torque, which comprises a digit roller counter having at least two digit rollers. The digit roller counter is arranged in a hollow section of the handle with a viewing window through which the defined torque is visible, and has a passage through which a shaft section is guided. Between two digit rollers, a carrier disc arranged in a rotationally fixed manner in the handle is integrated. The carrier disc is rotatably assigned a control gear which has a driving toothing and a control toothing. One digit roller has an outer digit rim having a first rim section with a drive toothing and a second rim section with a control element. The setting body transmits a rotary movement of the setting body to the digit roller arranged on the setting body side.

    Abstract: An impact powered torque wrench has a force-applying rod. The force-applying rod is connected to a transmission rod. A transmission shaft is disposed in the transmission rod. Two ends of the transmission shaft are connected to a head unit and a drive unit, respectively. A trip unit and an adjustment unit are provided between the force-applying rod and the transmission rod. An impact unit is provided between the transmission shaft and the drive unit. The drive unit drives the transmission shaft by means of intermittent impact, which increases the output torque and has a higher level of operational safety.

    Abstract: A torque wrench includes an elongated body, a head, and a cantilever beam. The body extends longitudinally from a proximal end to a distal end and includes a channel extending therethrough. The distal end includes an opening extending laterally therethrough along a central axis. The head is rotatably received within the opening at the distal end so that the head is rotatable about the axis. The head includes a gear cam defining teeth about a periphery thereof and an engaging portion sized, shaped, and configured to engage a corresponding engaging feature of a fixation device. The beam is housed within the channel such that a distal tip is received in a space between adjacent teeth. The beam bends when a torsional force applied to the head exceeds a predetermined limit so that the cam rotates about the axis and the distal tip slips from the space between the teeth into an adjacent space.
