The method further includes, while causing the workpiece and the cutting blades to perform relative movement in a direction parallel to the first axis at a speed synchronized with a rotational speed of the workpiece, forming a helical tooth groove in an outer peripheral surface of the workpiece by the cutting blades. In a cross section perpendicular to the first axis, a diameter of a rolling circle in which an outline of the cutting blades and a target online of the gear make rolling contact with each other is larger than a diameter of a tooth depth center circle.

    摘要: Disclosed is a roll spinning forming device for a toothed part. The device is mounted on a machine tool body. A blank, a mandrel and a driving synchromesh gear are mounted on a machine tool spindle. A driven synchromesh gear and a roller are arranged in parallel on the spindle. The driven synchromesh gear and the roller are connected by a telescopic constant speed universal joint and rotate at a same angular speed. The driven synchromesh gear is driven by a spring mechanism in the radial direction, and the roller is driven by a servo motor assembly in the radial direction. Further disclosed is a roll spinning forming method for a toothed part, the rotating speed of the blank is maintained to be matched with the rotating speed of the roller according to a gear ratio during the movement of the roller toward the blank.

    摘要: In the production of an internal contour with an internal arbor acting on the inner wall of a cup-shaped or annular rotationally symmetrical workpiece, expansion and length change of the workpiece are avoided during cold forming. Thus, gear components with internal teeth are produced that have greater symmetry and higher accuracy. A workpiece provided with a press fit on the outside or a prefabricated workpiece is inserted into the die, and during the cold forming is pressed tightly by friction and rotationally fixed with the rotationally driven internal arbor against the inner wall of the die. After completion of the rolling process of the profile, the workpiece is ejected with an axial ram. The internal arbor is provided with outside profiling and is cantilever-mounted and is fed axially and radially during the rolling.
