    摘要: Shear assisted extrusion apparatus, tools, inserts, and/or methods are provided. The apparatuses can include: an extrusion receiving channel operably engaged with a tool to receive extruded material; and one or more openings aligned between the spindle ends, the openings configured to convey fluid to the extruded product. Example tools can include one or more openings aligned between the tool ends. Example methods can include quenching plasticized feed material before exiting the spindle. A spindle assembly and/or tool assembly inserts are also provided that can include a sleeve extending within one or both of the spindle assembly or tool assembly of the apparatus; and openings within the sleeve configured to convey fluid to within one or both of the receiving channel of the spindle assembly or the tool assembly.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to the field of screw pump technologies, and in particular to a rotary mold extrusion molding process of a screw pump rotor. The rotary mold extrusion molding process of a screw pump rotor includes: performing isothermal spheroidizing annealing for a metal embryo material after treating the metal embryo material ultrasonically for 8˜30 s; performing cylindrical turning for the annealed metal embryo material and then performing sand-blasting, and soaking the metal embryo material in saponified oil for 10˜30 min for lubrication treatment, where the saponified oil contains a nano-silicon carbide of 0.5%˜8% which is a nano-silicon carbide mixture with particle sizes of 20˜60 nm and 140˜200 nm with a mixed weight ratio of 1:(2.8˜4); at room temperature, placing the metal embryo material into an extrusion cylinder to perform rotary mold extrusion molding so as to obtain a finished product.

    摘要: An extrusion machine includes a main frame, a friction wheel, a tool holding device, a locking device and a tool unit supported on the tool holding device. Furthermore, a shielding unit with at least one first nozzle and at least one second nozzle is provided, wherein the nozzles are formed to emit a gas which is free of gaseous oxygen. The first nozzle is directed at a peripheral portion of the friction wheel. The second nozzle is arranged below a stripping area of the tool unit. Further, an extrusion machine has a sensor unit between the tool holding device and the tool unit and a method controls distance between two tool components of the extrusion machine. Furthermore, different extrusion machines as well as methods for changing friction wheels are provided.
