摘要: The present application provides a biodegradable magnesium alloy without rare earth elements. The magnesium alloy comprises the following elements in percentage by mass: Zn 1.0-5.0%; Mn 0.1-1.0%; Ca 0.1-1.0%; Sr 0.1-1.0%; Sn 0.1-3.0%; Zr 0.1-0.8%; and Mg balance. The impurity in the magnesium alloy does not contain rare earth elements. The present application also provides a method for preparing the above biodegradable magnesium alloy and use in the preparation of medical devices. In the present application, Mg is used as the main components and mixed with a specific proportion of Zn, Ca and Mn to prepare the alloy. The biodegradable magnesium alloy of the present application has a controllable degradation rate and strong mechanical strength, and there are no harmful elements to a human body, and the degradation of the alloy in the human body will not affect human body.

摘要: The invention refers to a method and an apparatus (20) for manufacturing of a prismatic unilaterally open battery cell container (21). First an extruded container (41) is formed from a slug (38) by extrusion. The slug (38) consists of a uniform material. The extruded container (41) is then formed by a first ironing in a first ironing station (25) and by a second ironing in a second ironing station (28). During ironing the container is moved by a respective ironing ram (26, 29) only partly through an associated die tool (27, 30) and is reversed when reaching a reversal point (U). After the second ironing a remaining edge (82) of the obtained intermediate container (77) is separated, thereby the battery cell container (21) is obtained.

The rotary mold extrusion molding process of a screw pump rotor includes: performing isothermal spheroidizing annealing for a metal embryo material after treating the metal embryo material ultrasonically for 8˜30 s; performing cylindrical turning for the annealed metal embryo material and then performing sand-blasting, and soaking the metal embryo material in saponified oil for 10˜30 min for lubrication treatment, where the saponified oil contains a nano-silicon carbide of 0.5%˜8% which is a nano-silicon carbide mixture with particle sizes of 20˜60 nm and 140˜200 nm with a mixed weight ratio of 1:(2.8˜4); at room temperature, placing the metal embryo material into an extrusion cylinder to perform rotary mold extrusion molding so as to obtain a finished product.

摘要: An extrusion machine includes a main frame, a friction wheel, a tool holding device, a locking device and a tool unit supported on the tool holding device. 摘要: A vertical bundle air-cooled heat exchanger, a finned tube assembly for an air cooled condenser and method for forming the same, and a system for removing thermal energy generated by radioactive materials. In one aspect, an air cooled condenser sized for industrial and commercial application includes an inlet steam distribution header for conveying steam, a condensate outlet header for conveying condensate, an array of tube bundles each having a plurality of finned tube assemblies having a bare steel tube with an exposed outer surface and a set of aluminum fins brazed directly onto the tube by a brazing filler metal. The steel tubes may be spaced apart by the aluminum fins and have an inlet end fluidly coupled to the inlet steam distribution header and an outlet end fluidly coupled to the outlet header. A forced draft fan may be arranged to blow air through the tube bundles.
