摘要： An apparatus for providing selectable multimodal vibration in a vibratory screen assembly to filter a bulk material of varying sizes. The vibratory screen assembly includes screen deck having a rigid portion and a flexible portion. The rigid portion formed by side plates, deck ends, and stability members. The flexible portion mounts within the rigid portion and includes flexible girders and support members. The support members are attached to the flexible girders and support a screen medium fixed to the rigid portion and covering the screen deck. The flexible girders include a tensioner and are held at varying tension levels to impact the vibratory frequencies of the screen deck at various locations. The vibratory screen assembly also includes a vibration-generator to provide vibration to the assembly. When vibrated, any bulk material on the screen deck experiences a range of linear and non-linear vibrational frequencies, increasing the effectiveness of filtration.

摘要： A vibrating screen feed conveying apparatus for conveying and separating sticky “moisture laden bulk solids” which are sticky and wet flowing onto a vibrating screening feeder and into a hopper. The apparatus includes a bed on which material is conveyed, a longitudinal counterbalance supported on a plurality of isolation springs, a plurality of inclined drive springs extending between the bed and the longitudinal counterbalance, and a plurality of stabilizers for controlling movement of the drive springs along their central axes. A plurality of vibratory motors, each having rotatable eccentric weights are attached to the rear end of the longitudinal counterbalance. The eccentric weights rotate in phase with one another to vibrate the bed at a vibration frequency.

摘要： An apparatus that generates vibrational motion is disclosed. The apparatus includes a first mass, a second mass, a drive system, and a control system. The first mass is eccentrically mounted on, and configured to rotate about, a first shaft. The second mass is eccentrically mounted on, and configured to rotate about, a second shaft, with first and second shafts sharing a common axis. The drive system imparts rotational motion to first and second shafts, and the control system controls rotational frequencies, directions, and initial angles of the first and second masses. Linear, elliptical, or circular vibratory motion of the apparatus may be induced by controlling such rotational properties of the first and second masses. The apparatus may include a measurement device that measures angular position and/or velocity of the first and second masses. The control system may control the vibrational motion based on measurements taken by the measurement device.
