摘要： Conventional herb strippers can be tedious, time consuming, and awkward to use. Accordingly, the present inventors devised new tools and methods that allow faster and easier herb stripping. One tool includes an herb stripping notch configured to engage the plant stem of an herb at an intermediate point between its two ends, with the edges of the notch stripping leaves as the notch is moved over the stem or the stem is pulled through the notch. In some embodiments, one or more of these notches, for example six, are included in a blade structure, with the notches arranged in a smallest-to-largest sequence. The blade structure may also includes a knife edge, enabling it to serve the added function of a knife.

The plurality of cutters are within the interior of the cutter piece arranged to form a pattern with a plurality of openings, with each of the openings being defined between cutters or between at least one cutter and the inner surface of the cutter piece, such that the fleshy part of the watermelon within the rind is cut into multiple pieces with geometric shapes.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a food slicer comprising an upper portion having at least one pushing head with at least one pusher. The pushing head is located at a distal end of the upper portion. A lower portion having at least one slicing head with at least one blade and one opening is located at a distal end of the lower portion. The slicing head has a plurality of deflectable elements arranged therein. A connection portion coupled to a proximal end of the upper portion and a proximal end of the distal portion. The at least one pusher extends past the blade and through the opening of the slicing head when the food slicer is moved from an open position to a closed position.

摘要： A kitchen tool that cuts a zig-zag pattern into a vegetable or fruit which encompasses the total circumference is disclosed. This is accomplished by rotating two handles relative to each other so that movable blades, via cams, are forced into the fruit/vegetable. The movable blades are constrained to a linear motion by guiding surfaces in top and bottom plates along with cams and pins. The entire cutting assembly is readily cleanable by easy disassembly or thorough rinsing/washing.

The apparatus includes a plurality of spaced-apart shelling rollers which are axially parallel to one another, are arranged in a circulating belt guided over end deflecting rollers in a conveying direction, and are driven in the same rotational direction. Pairs of the longitudinal guides form a roof-like channel extending in the conveying direction and are moveable transversely to the conveying direction.
