摘要： A heat-not-burn aerosol generating substrate is disclosed. The substrate internally has a porous and loose structure, crystal blocks and plant fiber filaments coexist in the porous and loose structure, gaps exist between the crystal blocks, and the gaps are not uniformly and irregularly distributed in a space. When the heat-not-burn aerosol generating substrate is heated, aerosol generated can pass through the gaps, so as to be sucked by a smoker. In the present disclosure, a heat-not-burn aerosol generating product includes a heat-not-burn aerosol generating substrate and a packaging material for wrapping the heat-not-burn aerosol generating substrate. The present disclosure relates to a manufacturing method for a heat-not-burn aerosol generating substrate. The manufacturing method includes the following steps: providing raw material components for manufacturing the heat-not-burn aerosol generating substrate, and making the raw material components into a paste-like material; molding the paste-like material through a molding process; and evaporating moisture of the paste-like material through a baking process.

摘要： The present invention relates to an e-cigarette cartridge. The e-cigarette cartridge is composed of a diversion section, a smoke-forming base section, a hollow section, and a filter tip section that are sequentially arranged in a packaging member. The present invention provides a plurality of structures of an e-cigarette cartridge, where the invention 1 discloses a structure of an e-cigarette cartridge commonly used for a resistance or electromagnetic smoking set with a plug-in central heating or a circumferential heating device. The inductor in the cartridge of the structure has a closed end and an open end. When heating is conducted with the plug-in smoking set, the heating plate or the heating needle of the smoking set can be smoothly inserted into the smoke-forming base material from the opening end without being blocked. In this case, the inductor can serve as a cooling plate so as to better transfer heat.

A method of inserting a ferrous susceptor element (25) in an aerosol-generating material (15) comprises: holding a ferrous susceptor element on a susceptor transporter (52) using magnetic force from at least one magnet (48); transporting an aerosol-generating material along a first path (43) on an aerosol-generating material transporter (42); transporting the ferrous susceptor element (25) along a second path (53) on the susceptor transporter (52); and selectively operating the at least one magnet (48) between first and second operative states. Another method of positioning the susceptor (25) within a rod (16) of aerosol-generating material is also disclosed.
