摘要: nullObjectnull The invention provides a UWB repeater preferably applied to a relay of stream data, which does not require frequency conversion and has less delay in relay. nullSolution Meansnull The UWB repeater 2 includes a receiving antenna 21, a receiver 22, a transmitter 23, a transmitting antenna 24, and a relay controller 25. The relay controller 25 is provided with a switch unit 26, a delay 27, and a transmitting/receiving timing controller 28. UWB pulse signals demodulated by the receiver 22 are power-amplified by the transmitter 23 and transmitted after being delayed by the delay unit 27 for timing that does not overlap the receiving timing. The transmitting/receiving timing controller 28 turns on the switch unit 26 during the period of pulse receiving timing and enables a relay of the receiving pulses, and turns off the switch unit 26 during the period of relaying of pulses, and can prevent sneak path signals between the transmitting side and the receiving side.

摘要: A RF signal repeater system is added to a wireless communications network which increases user data rates at the periphery of the cellular coverage area by boosting the downlink (base station to mobile user) signal and uplink (mobile user to base station) signal. The RF signal repeater system includes a signal tagging means that adds a unique electronic signature to the repeated signal such that position determination errors due to a non-line of sight propagation path can be corrected. The repeated signal is received and processed with a location measurement unit to determine the time of arrival and to extract the signal tag of the repeated signal. The time of arrival measurement and recovered signal tag are then processed at a mobile location center to determine the true position of the transmitter.

摘要: There is disclosed a method for maintaining the oscillations of a vibrating device and a vibrating device implementing this method. The vibrating device is intended to be fitted to a unit worn close to the body, such as a timepiece, including a case, a moving mass inside this case intended to transmit vibrations thereto, a coil (L) electromagnetically coupled to said moving mass in order to make it vibrate, and an excitation circuit for exciting said coil (L). According to the method disclosed, driving pulses (21, 22) of alternate polarity and determined duration (Tpulse) substantially coinciding with the extrema of the movement induced voltage (Uind, VB12) across the terminals (B1, B2) of said coil (L) are generated. Each driving pulse (21, 22) is generated at the end of a determined and non-variable time interval (Tto-pulse) considered from a mean level crossing (O) of said movement induced voltage (Uind, VB12), the time interval (Tfrom-pulse) taken by said movement induced voltage to reach said mean level crossing at the end of a driving pulse (21, 22) being determined by the instantaneous natural oscillation frequency of the vibrating device, such that an adaptation of the frequency at which said driving pulses (21, 22) are generated is carried out.

摘要: A radio relay apparatus including an outdoor relay unit formed of first and second receiving parts equipped out of doors and an indoor relay unit formed of third and fourth receiving parts, and a digital transmission line connecting the outdoor and indoor relay units enables radio communication even in a blind area such as an underground area and tunnel. In the first receiving part of the outdoor relay unit, a receiving antenna for receiving a high-frequency signal is integrally incorporated so as eliminate the transmission loss. The high-frequency analog signal is converted to its corresponding digital signal of a desired frequency band by a digital signal processor in the outdoor relay unit, and then, the digital signal thus obtained is transmitted to the indoor relay unit through the digital transmission line, so that high-quality radio communication can be accomplished.

摘要: The object of the present invention is to enable broadcast media to be reproduced quickly while reducing an overhead accompanied with the broadcast media. A broadcast communication system 1 according to the present invention transmits the broadcast media from a server 10 to a communication terminal 20. The server 10 transmits broadcast notification information (SAP message) designating at least one broadcast media, and transmits reproduction information indicating a reproduction method of the designated broadcast media prior to reproduction of the broadcast media by the communication terminal 20. The communication terminal 20 reproduces the broadcast media designated by the broadcast notification information (SAP message) based on the reproduction information when receiving the broadcast notification information.
