摘要： A tool for producing an arrangement composed of an electrical line and a contact device with a crimp sleeve includes a first press jaw unit and a guide unit. The first press jaw unit delimits a tool receptacle and receives the crimp sleeve and the electrical line. The first press jaw unit has a first press jaw with a first press surface and a second press jaw with a second press surface. The second press surface is adjustable between a first press position positioned radially inwardly and a second press position. The guide unit provides a first pressing force transmitted into the first press surface and from the first press jaw to the second press jaw. The first press surface stamps a first stamped indentation and the second press surface stamps a second stamped indentation into the crimp sleeve to crimp the crimp sleeve on the electrical line.

摘要： A female connector structure is provided with a shielded cable configured such that an outer periphery of a coated wire including a core and an insulation coating is surrounded by a braided wire, a female terminal including a wire barrel and a connecting tube portion and to be connected to a mating terminal, an insulating dielectric for surrounding an outer periphery of the connecting tube portion, and an outer conductor including a shield connecting portion, the outer conductor surrounding at least the coated wire. A part of the outer conductor corresponding to the coated wire exposed from the braided wire is formed with a projecting portion by causing a part of an inner surface of the outer conductor to project from other parts radially inwardly of the outer conductor, and an outer surface of the outer conductor is not depressed radially inwardly of the outer conductor.

A transition section (4) with a trapezoidal axial cross-section is provided at a junction between the insulation layer (3) and the exposed section of the aluminum conductive core (2) in the aluminum conductive device (1). Taking the transition section (4) as a demarcation point, an inner diameter of an end of the aluminum conductive device (1) that is crimped with the insulation layer (3) is greater than an inner diameter of an end of the aluminum conductive device (1) that is crimped with the aluminum conductive core (2). At least one concave structure is provided on a periphery of the aluminum conductive device (1). The concave structure provided on the surface of the aluminum conductive device (1) can effectively prevent the aluminum conductive device (1) from moving relative to a clamp, so as to solve the problem of displacement or rotation of the aluminum conductive device (1) in the clamp during welding, and improve the welding efficiency and the yield.
