    摘要: A UV lamp module for the ultraviolet irradiation of a substrate includes a lamp arrangement, a waterproof housing, and first and second airflow zones. The lamp arrangement includes multiple low-pressure mercury lamps each having a longitudinal axis. The waterproof housing surrounds the lamp arrangement and has a bottom side, a top side and at least two side walls connecting the bottom side and the top side to each other, and a beam exit opening on the bottom side which is closed by a beam exit window. The first airflow zone is formed in the housing and has an air supply duct with at least one air-guide for the supply of cooling air to the lamp arrangement. The second airflow zone is separated from the first airflow zone, and is formed in the housing and has an exhaust air duct for the discharge of heated cooling air. When viewed in a cross-section through the housing perpendicular to the longitudinal axes of the low-pressure mercury lamps and in a viewing direction from the bottom side to the top side, the beam exit window, the lamp arrangement and the airflow zones are arranged one after the other.

    摘要: An ultraviolet mercury low-pressure amalgam lamp includes a tube having a first end and a second end, a first electrode placed in the first end of the tube, and a second electrode placed in the second end of the tube, whereby when the lamp is energized a discharge path is formed between the first and second electrodes. At least one amalgam deposit is adjacent to one of the first and second electrodes out of the discharge path between the first and second electrodes. The tube has at least one constriction, wherein the at least one amalgam deposit is placed behind the constriction with respect to the discharge path such that the at least one amalgam deposit is protected by the constriction from the heat emitted by the electrodes.

    摘要: A multi-ringed fluorescent lamp includes a multi-ringed bulb, a phosphor layer formed on an inner surface of the bulb, a pair of electrodes and discharge medium with which the bulb is filled. The bulb includes ring bulbs in each of which straight portions and bent portions are placed alternately on a same plane, by bending partially a glass tube having an outside diameter of 12-20 mm into a rectangular shape, so that opposite ends of the tube terminate with the adjacent straight portions. The ring bulbs are placed concentrically on the same plane and connected through a bridge connection portion to form a single discharge path. A gap between adjacent bent portions is larger than a gap between adjacent straight tube portions and has a maximum value of 6-15 mm. The electrodes are provided in opposite ends of the discharge path of the multi-ringed bulb.

A power supply operates the flash lamp with a full width at half maximum of the current from 150 μs to 2 ms and a current density in the part with a small diameter of at least 2110 A/cm2 when xenon is used and at least 2930 A/cm2 when krypton is used.

    摘要: A light tube for a cold electrode fluorescent lamp includes a light tube body, a first electrode and a second electrode disposed in the light tube body and an activated gas absorber. The light tube body contains inert gas, mercury substance and a layer of phosphor coating on its inner surface. The second electrode is adapted for electrically connecting to the an electric terminal for emitting electrons to excite the mercury substance for conducting the electrons to the first electrode as an electric loop, wherein the excited mercury substance emits ultra violet rays causing the phosphor coating to generate visible light. The activated gas absorber is gas absorber made of zirconium-vanadium-iron alloy which can be activated at an activation temperature substantially lower than 900 degrees Celsius, preferably 390 degrees Celsius, to provide stronger oxygenic gas absorption ability while reducing the manufacturing steps and cost.
