摘要： An eyewear device, method for use with an eyewear device, and a non-transient computer readable medium for detecting blood sugar levels are disclosed. The eyewear device has a frame including a first rim configured to support a first lens, a second rim configured to support a second lens, and a bridge connecting the first rim to the second rim. The bridge is configured to receive a nose of a user when the eyewear device is worn by the user. Blood sugar levels are detected by monitoring behavior of a pupil of an eye of the user with a sensor, comparing the monitored behavior with known blood sugar level behaviors, identifying a match responsive to the comparison between the monitored behavior and one of the known blood sugar level behaviors corresponding to a particular blood sugar level, and selecting the particular blood sugar level as a blood sugar level of the user.

摘要： A lens interchange mechanism for an eyewear may include a magnetic latch operatively associated with the eyewire of the eyewear, such that the a portion of the eyewire can be released, with a free end separating from another portion of the eyewire thereby forming a gap in the eyewire for the removal and installation of a lens. The magnetic latch mechanism may be further configured for easy re-latching by the application of opposing forces on the first and second eyewire portions to cause the free end to re-engage with the magnetic latch without manual actuation of the latch.

摘要： Disclosed is a spectacle frame including a pair of lens holding rims interconnected by a bridge, each rim being encircling and holding a lens in a central aperture of the rim, each rim being linked laterally to a temple, each rim having at least one cut allowing expansion of the central aperture or retraction and closure of the central aperture by closing the cut. The spectacle frame further includes a lock allowing closure and locking the cuts of the rims. The bridge attaches to the rims to allow attachment of one bridge chosen among bridges having different shapes and/or sizes and/or decorations to adapt the spectacle frame to different morphological features of wearers and/or to choices of the wearers, and wherein the rims and the bridge includes complementary bridge connector to attach and connect the bridge to each rim. 摘要： Glasses include a glass upper frame, a glass lower frame, the lens, and a bridge. Each of two ends of the glass upper frame dents to form a downward-opening receiving cavity of predetermined depth. Each of two ends of the glass lower frame dents to form a receiving cavity of predetermined depth. Magnetic elements are fitted snugly into the receiving cavities. An elevated portion is centrally disposed at the glass lower frame and corresponds in position to a slot dentedly-formed at the bridge such that a complete stop groove is formed along the glass lower frame when the bridge is fitted to the glass lower frame. The bottom edge of the glass upper frame dents to form a groove. Each of the two ends of the glass upper frame dents to form an inward-opening dented portion. The groove, dented portions, stop groove, and bridge jointly hold the lens.

摘要： Devices providing adjustable optical power have previously been proposed for use as corrective lenses in prescription eyeglasses. There is disclosed a lens having optical power adjustable by relative lateral translation of two lens elements, the lens comprising: a first lens element sealed to a cover to define a cavity therebetween; a second lens element disposed within the cavity and coupled to an elongate drive element extending laterally from the second lens element, the second lens element being arranged to be driven laterally relative to the first lens element by lateral translation of the elongate drive element to thereby adjust the optical power of the lens, the lens comprising a lateral projection into which the cavity and drive element extend, the lateral projection having there mounted an adjuster for driving lateral translation of the elongate drive element. The lens reduces or prevents the ingress of dirt, moisture, sweat and grease between surfaces of the lens elements. There is also disclosed an eyeglasses frame, such as may be particularly suited to said adjustable power lens.
