摘要: The present invention discloses a novel packaged terminal air conditioner (PTAC) system that is compact, leakless, and power-efficient and integrates an evaporating element that heats and evaporates the meltwater collected within a drain pan disposed of in the outdoor portion. The proposed PTAC system includes an air sealing frame configurable within the sleeve of the PTAC system to completely seal off air infiltration from the sidewalls of the sleeve. The air sealing frame configurable within the sleeve further provides sufficient insulation and prevents any thermal bridge creation and also insulates the sound that usually gets transmitted from the outdoor portion to the indoor portion of the PTAC system or sound that’s experienced in the room. The proposed PTAC has a decreased protruding length of the indoor portion within the interior of the room due to the presence of the air sealing frame.

摘要: A window type air conditioner includes an indoor heat exchanger, an outdoor heat exchanger and a motor disposed in the shell. Rotating shafts at two ends of the motor are provided with an indoor fan and an outdoor fan. A thermal insulation partition is disposed on a bottom plate of the shell and divides the shell into an indoor side and an outdoor side. The thermal insulation partition includes a front clapboard fixed on the bottom plate of the shell and a thermal insulation volute disposed on the front clapboard. The indoor heat exchanger and the indoor fan are located in the thermal insulation volute. An integrated bracket is provided with a first mounting part for mounting and fixing the outdoor heat exchanger, a second mounting part for mounting and fixing the motor, and third mounting parts for connecting and fixing the front clapboard.

摘要: An air conditioner housing assembly and an air conditioner are provided. The air conditioner housing assembly has a chassis for bearing a weight of the air conditioner. An enclosure plate of the assembly is fixed to an upper side of the chassis, and the enclosure plate extends in an up-down direction and is distributed around a periphery of the chassis. A housing of the assembly is fixed to the enclosure plate or the chassis, or both. An inner side of the housing is enclosed with the upper side of the chassis to form a containing space. The enclosure plate is located on the inner side of the housing. The enclosure plate is provided with a positioning portion, and the housing is provided with a positioning fit portion. The positioning portion is matched with the positioning fit portion to position the housing through the enclosure plate.

A stator assembly (28) is located downstream of the fan rotor (18), relative to an airflow (14) direction through the fan assembly. The stator assembly (28) includes a plurality of stator vanes (30) extending between a stator hub (32) and a stator shroud (34). A flow control ring (36) is positioned between the fan rotor (18) and the stator assembly (28) to block radial flow migration in an axial spacing between the fan rotor and the stator assembly resulting from a radial flow component of an airflow (14) exiting the fan rotor (18).

The housing may define an indoor portion and outdoor portion. The housing may further define an exhaust outlet downstream from the indoor portion to exhaust air. The outdoor heat exchanger assembly may be disposed in the outdoor portion and include an outdoor heat exchanger. The indoor heat exchanger assembly may be disposed in the indoor portion and include an indoor heat exchanger and an indoor fan. The compressor may be in fluid communication with the outdoor heat exchanger and the indoor heat exchanger to circulate a refrigerant between the outdoor heat exchanger and the indoor heat exchanger. The sterilization light assembly may be disposed within the indoor portion below the indoor fan and directed forward to transmit an ultraviolet light emission within the indoor portion.

摘要: An HVACR fan and heater assembly accounts for the cyclonic flow produced by centrifugal blowers by placing a heater vertically and biased towards a side of a fan cabinet in order to increase and balance airflow through the heater, eliminating hot spots and fire risk and improving heater efficiency. A blockoff in the fan cabinet forces airflow within the cabinet to move through the heater. The positioning of the heater may vary depending on the direction of rotation of the centrifugal blower. The fan and heater assembly may further include baffles to direct the airflow from the centrifugal blower.
