摘要: The heater assembly includes a case having a heating element therein, a channel extending through the case and having a size and shape for selectively receiving therethrough a first end of an elastomeric fixture outstretched through a substrate to a first length having a first width, and a heat transfer surface positioned relative to the heating element for receiving generated heat therefrom. The heat transfer surface is generally positionable relative to the substrate to cooperate with an adhesively bondable attachment coupled to a second end of the elastomeric fixture opposite the first end and including an uncured bonding agent disposed thereon. The heater assembly and attachment simultaneously sandwich the substrate in compression engagement in between when the elastomeric fixture extends through the substrate into the central channel and relaxes to a second relatively shorter length having a second relatively larger width.

摘要: An apparatus includes a heat exchange member at least partially defining a passageway, and structure defining a first plurality of holes and a second plurality of holes. The first and second pluralities of holes provide fluid communication from the passageway to the exterior of the apparatus, i.e., to the atmosphere. A blower is operatively connected to the heat exchange member and configured to blow air into the passageway. The apparatus is configured such that, when the heat exchange member is sufficiently positioned with respect to a campfire, air exiting the first plurality of holes is directed downward and away from the campfire and air exiting the second plurality of holes has an upward velocity component.

摘要: A fire stump holds firewood and similar combustibles in a near-vertical stable position. Firewood is end-stacked upon a ground engaging base, further stabilizing the base. An upper generally planar firewood support is inset interiorly from the base, providing sufficient tilt to hold a plurality of stacked wood in an inverted funnel configuration. The upper firewood support has a perforate center defining a chimney hole and a perimeter defining a plurality of concave arcuate cut-outs that serve as firewood supports. A riser extends between the ground engaging base and upper firewood support, holding the two in parallel but vertically offset planes. In a most preferred embodiment, the ground engaging base and upper firewood support are stamped from a common sheet of metal, with the upper firewood support circumscribed in the original sheet of metal by the ground engaging base.

A removable inner chimney insert provides structural support for the heat source. An ignition ring establishes a sustained ignition to uniformly ignite the charcoal-based fuel.

摘要: A combustion supporting device is provided to use with a combustion furnace. The combustion supporting device includes a cone body, a tubular member, a frusto-conically shaped member, a base plate and a supporting portion. An upper end of the tubular member is connected to the cone body. The tubular member defines a plurality of gas holes around an upper portion thereof. 摘要: A combustion device in the form of an elevated fixed-grate that includes arcuately shaped solid refractory brick with ribs placed thereunder so as to allow horizontal air flow for fuel combustion. The brick are arranged atop one another in a stacked concentric configuration that forms a central fuel passageway and allows cascading of a fuel pile throughout the combustion stages. The device provides the benefit of proper de-ashing online while distributing the underfire air radially around the fuel pile. The elevated design of the bricks allows the air to be evenly distributed throughout the fuel pile and further allows the isolation of overfire and underfire air. Segregating overfire and underfire air in an evenly distributed manner allows the burner to combust a wide range of fuel moisture contents without modifying the mechanical components of the burner.

摘要: The present invention relates to a firewood boiler, comprising: a boiler main body including a feeding hole through which wood fuel and air for combustion are fed, a smoke exhaust hole defined in the top thereof so as to be connected to an exhaust pipe, an air inlet defined adjacent to the smoke exhaust hole, and a heating-water store in which heating water is stored; a main opening/closing unit installed on the boiler main body to open and close the feeding hole and selectively supply and block the entry of outside air into the boiler main body when the feeding hole is closed; an auxiliary opening/closing unit for supplying outside air into the boiler main body when the entry of outside air is blocked by the main opening/closing unit; a temperature sensor for sensing the temperature of the heating water; and a control unit for controlling the inflow and blocking of air by means of the main opening/closing unit on the basis of information on the temperature sensed by the temperature sensor. The heating water store is integrally formed along the entirety of the boiler main body, and the auxiliary opening/closing unit maintains a pilot flame for the wood fuel by supplying outside air into the boiler main body when the main opening/closing unit blocks the entry of outside air. Thus, a firewood boiler may be provided that can be safely used for a long period of time without extinguishing a pilot flame.
