摘要： A mechanical extension ladder support stand that a worker can mount on an extension ladder. Perform work or repairs on interior walls or stairways safely. The device is installed and removed from the ladder, disassembled or repaired without need of tools, safely. The ladder stand is expandable to fit extension ladders of different widths and lengths, without use of tools. When set up to work on a wall, the ladder stand's support board will automatically pivots to match the angle at top of ladder to the wall's surface, without any tools or adjustment. The ladder stand will always rest a padded support board, safety on two or more of the walls vertically framing members. Without damaging or marring the walls. The ladder stand operates safely for the layman on the interior walls without need of any tools, only human hands.

摘要： A fixture that fits over the rail of a ladder and is secured by setscrews. The fixture has a clamp portion and a flange that extends perpendicularly to the clamp portion. The flange can have a hole to place a hook to hang objects. A pair of fixtures can be used to support flat sheet materials ranging from a canvas board to a sheet of drywall or a wood panel. Supported by the flanges, the device lets a user measure and cut the drywall or paneling either horizontally or vertically. Moreover, with the fixtures positioned high on the ladder, it allows a user to climb the ladder and then place the drywall on a wall or ceiling. The fixtures can also hold a tool bucket so that the user can have, for example, a drill at hand to drive screws needed to hang the drywall or paneling.

摘要： The ceiling tile ladder attachment device holds ceiling tiles while a user is working on a ladder to install or replace the tiles in the ceiling, in addition to storing tiles that have to be removed from the ceiling and held for re-installation after performing other maintenance above the tiles. The ceiling tile ladder attachment device includes a rectangular wire rack that attaches to the back side of a ladder. The wire rack has a hook part on the back side. 摘要： A safety accessory for stabilizing a user on a step ladder is provided. The safety accessory includes an elongate member having a shaft and at least one handle portion extending perpendicularly to the shaft and structured to be gripped by the user, the handle portion having a strap ring; a harness configured to removeably couple to the strap ring of the handle portion, the harness being structured to cradle and urge the user toward the center of gravity of the step ladder when the user stands on at least one of the plurality of steps of the step ladder; and a clamp configured to removeably attach to a selected location on the side rail of the step ladder, the clamp having a receptacle structured to slideably receive the shaft of the elongate member and a positioning structure configured to maintain the shaft of the elongate member into a selected one of a plurality of longitudinal positions with respect to the clamp. The safety accessory acts to stabilize the user when he/she grips the handle portion of the elongate member.

摘要： A ladder caddy assembly includes a box that has a sloped side that is positionable against a back set of legs of a folding ladder when the folding ladder is deployed.
