摘要： A framing assembly has at least one rafter vent assembly having a connecting member with a plurality of vent tubes for providing supplemental ventilation and additional structural support to a frame of a building structure. The at least one rafter vent assembly may be an interior rafter vent assembly or an exterior rafter vent assembly. The interior rafter vent assembly has at least one brace member and a connecting member, with the connecting member having a connecting plate, two end plates, and the plurality of vent tubes. The exterior rafter vent assembly has the connecting member that has a connecting plate and the plurality of vent tubes. The framing assembly also preferably has a plurality of modified structural insulated panels (SIPs) and modified rafter splines.

摘要： A structural grid support system adapted for transferring seismic loads to the vertical structural supports of a modular structure. The system includes larger and longer high load capacity main runners with mechanically fastened cross tees, which transfer seismic forces without failing. The structural grid can provide a diaphragm using mechanically fastened connections in a single horizontal plane without requiring additional overhead support from the roof deck, or requiring fewer such supports. The main runners may include additional connecting elements disposed within the usable space beneath the runner (e.g., ventral threaded receivers) for attaching deployment-specific equipment or hardware, such as network cable trays.

摘要： A building system includes a building space defined by a structural ceiling and a flooring of a building, and a ceiling system. The ceiling system includes an air permeable suspended ceiling arranged below the structural ceiling, and a plenum space is formed between the suspended ceiling and the structural ceiling and a flooring space is formed between the flooring and the suspended ceiling. A plurality of partition wall sections is arranged in the plenum space extending between the structural ceiling and the suspended ceiling and forms a plurality of plenum modules distributed across the plenum space. Each plenum module includes equipment. The equipment of each plenum module includes a supply air device for delivery of supply air to the associated plenum module for pressurization thereof such that the supply air delivered to the plenum module is supplied to the flooring space through the air permeable suspended ceiling.
