    摘要: The invention relates to a method of controlling a track maintenance machine, particularly a switch tamping- or universal tamping machine, which moves along a track and has working units, particularly a tamping unit and a lifting unit, which are adjustable relative to a machine frame, wherein position data of track objects, particularly sleepers, rails and optionally obstacles, are recorded by means of a sensor device in front of the working units in a working direction, and wherein operating positions of the working units are determined for a working operation at a track location. In this, prior to actuation of the working units, the determined operating positions of the working units are displayed by means of a display device, wherein, prior to carrying out the working operation, the operating positions of the working units can be changed by means of control elements. As a result of the display of the determined operating positions prior to the working operation, an operator is enabled to recognize possible misalignments before these become effective.

    摘要: A track surfacing machine for correcting the track geometry includes a machine frame supported by undercarriages for mobility in an operating direction and including lining drives for correcting the track in a direction transversely to the track and measuring carriages rolling on the track and provided with measuring instruments. The measuring carriages form with the machine frame as well as with measuring instruments a reference system for detecting the actual track geometry, with the machine frame defining a reference base. Associated with the forward and rear measuring carriages of the reference system in operating is a measuring unit for detecting a cant or lateral inclination of the track, with a pressure pickup being provided for determining the lining forces of the lining drives.

    摘要: A track leveling, lining and tamping machine comprises a track lifting assembly, a leveling reference system associated with the track lifting assembly, the reference system including a reference line associated with each track rail, each reference line having a forward end and a rear end, a forward track sensing element supporting the forward end of the reference lines in an uncorrected track section, a rear track sensing element supporting the rear end of the reference lines in a corrected track section, and a level sensor associated with each track rail and supported on a corrected track section rearwardly of the track lifting assembly for measuring the level of each track rail with respect to the associated reference line, the level sensor generating a control signal responsive to the measured level, an element for measuring the cross level mounted on the rear track sensing element, the cross level measuring element generating a correction signal indicating any residual error in the desired cross level, a leveling control receiving the correction signal and the control signal, the control actuating the lifting drives of the track lifting assembly in response to the signals, and an adjustable device at the forward track sensing element for vertically adjusting the forward ends of the reference lines in response to a difference between the actual and desired cross level.

    摘要: A mobile track liner comprises a laser beam gun in an uncorrected track section emitting a reference beam forming a chord in the arc of a track curve, and a laser beam receiver mounted on the liner, laser beam gun and receiver are transversely adjustable in relation to fixed points, such as telegraph poles and like markers defining a planned track position and respectively associated with the laser beam gun and the receiver. A control means for the track lining converts lining error signals which are a function of the receiver position in dependence of the length of the path of the movement of the receiver on the track into lining control signals. In the lining method, the receiver on the liner is moved towards the laser beam gun which is mounted on a carriage in the uncorrected track section.

    摘要: A process and apparatus for surveying a railway track includes a light-receiving and emitting head capable of swivelling about vertical and pitch axes mounted on a measuring platform moveable along the track, as constantly aligned with a reference mark such as by stepping motors controlled by electronic control elements that evaluate the signals detected by the head. These control signals represent at the same time the value of the relative angular displacement of the head with respect to the reference mark while travelling along the track. A space-stabillized gyroplatform on the measurement platform detects the absolute change in position of the measurement platform which is used to correct the angular displacement values of the displacement head. The distance covered is detected by a separate distance measuring device or by the gyroplatform. The actual position with respect to the reference mark derived from this data is compared to the set value in a track survey plan and if necessary the track is corrected on the basis of said values.

    摘要: A guidance system permits of guiding the railroad track positioning device of a track renewal and maintenance machine as the machine moves in the track working direction. To this end the curvature of a track section to be worked upon comprised in a chord of predetermined length is measured and as a function of this curvature the direction of a second chord is measured, one end of this second chord being coincident with the rear end of the section whereas its predetermined and constant length is so selected that its other end lies on the already renewed or maintained track section and shows the position of a point of this section before the renewal or maintenance works.
