摘要： A heat dissipation apparatus for a sewing machine including a forepart and a motor shaft horizontally projecting out of the forepart includes a sleeve releasably secured to the motor shaft and including a first fan mounted thereon; a stator seat including an axial channel with the sleeve rotatably disposed through, and a plurality of first air inlets; and a guide member fastened between the stator seat and the forepart and including a disc-shaped opening with the first fan rotatably disposed therein. In response to activating the first fan, air is drawn through the first air inlets and a gap between the stator seat and the guide member prior to exiting the forepart.

摘要： A transverse longitudinal-cylinder sewing machine includes an automatic thread loosening device, a tension adjustment mechanism, an automatic thread cutting bi-directional solenoid device and a differential fabric driving teeth displacement control device. The differential fabric driving teeth displacement control device consists of a primary transmission mechanism, first and second push mechanisms, a rocking mechanism, first and second adjustment mechanisms that are co-axle, and first and second fabric driving mechanisms located inside a cylinder normal to the co-axle. The second push mechanism has a linkage arm coupled on the co-axle that includes a bearing and a cam. The cam can generate eccentric movements to form an independent driving operation. The axial direction of the cylinder is directed towards the operator so that the axis of the cylinder is normal to the entire transverse work station of the sewing machine.

摘要： This disclosure relates to a sewing machine lubrication system including positive displacement mechanisms adapted to transmit lubricant under pressure to the operating mechanisms of the machines and for transferring lubricant collected in non-drainable areas of the machine to the lubricant reservoir. Arranged in combination with the displacement mechanisms is a filtering/distribution assembly which serves to individually and selectively supply a relatively small, but sufficient quantity of lubricant to the operating mechanisms according to the requirements thereof. The present invention further provides a pressure relief valve assembly for selectively regulating the pressure in the lubrication system.

摘要： A lubricating arrangement for the raceway of the bobbin case of a rotary sewing machine looptaker having a body with a recess formed by a bottom and a substantially cylindrical sidewall for holding the bobbin case. A hub of the looptaker has an oil collecting chamber in the form of an annular cavity with undercut inside peripheral area. The chamber receives oil supplied from an oil collecting sump. Centrifugal action causes the oil to flow through a conduit located between the oil collecting chamber and the bottom of the recess, via an adjusting device, to the raceway for the bobbin case. For regulating the oil delivery, the conduit is surrounded along a portion of its length by a borehole located in the bottom. An adjusting screw is provided for tilting the conduit in relation to the axis of the loop taker. An oil collecting sump closed by a cover, is in the bottom of the looptaker body. Oil is supplied to the oil collecting sump through a hollow looptaker shaft. The oil collecting sump has a sidewall tapering towards the bottom of the recess, and an oil line extends from the oil collecting sump outward to the oil collecting chamber for delivering oil from the sump to the collecting chamber.

摘要： A lubricant pump is provided comprising a plain cylindrical driveshaft on which is arranged a shaft collar formed with a plain cylindrical bore embracing the driveshaft. A spring is attached to the collar and extends to an anchor point on the sewing machine frame to bias the collar against the driveshaft. The spring displaces the collar arranging the collar bore eccentrically with respect to the driveshaft. An oil inlet port is formed in the collar leading to a point on the collar bore which is urged away from the driveshaft by the spring, and a lubricant outlet bore is formed in the bushing leading to the point on the bushing bore which is closest to the surface of the driveshaft in response to the pressure of the spring.

The machine''s needle carrier, upper and lower loopers, feed dogs, and material cutter are driven by said shafts through planar connecting rods. A shaft mounted pump supplies oil through the shaft to main shaft bearings and to the scotch yoke drive of the feed carriers. The feed carrier drive includes means for stabilizing the feed dogs and for shifting the feed carriers to provide an improved, efficient feeding path.

摘要： A lubricating device for lubricating the raceway of a double stitch rotary hook particularly in stitch group sewing machines comprising a rotating rotary hook which is mounted either in an arm which is pivoted above the work support in which there is a needle arranged below the support or where the rotary hook is mounted below the support and the needle is above the support. The arrangement includes a lubricating conduit leading out of a lubricating tank and containing a filler of capillary material for conducting the lubricant through the material to the other end of the conduit. The conduit is mounted on the sewing machine housing so as to be movable toward and away from the double stitch rotary hook. The sewing machine includes means for mounting the conduit so that it is moved into a position in which the filler of capillary material comes into contact with the raceway of the double stitch rotary hook when the machine is in a non operative or still position but it moves to a position spaced from the rotary hook raceway when the machine is operating and the shuttle is rotating.

摘要： A direct drive sewing machine driven by a sealed low-inertia motor having a combination of elements adapted to provide for temperature control of the motor and certain operator accessible and auxiliary elements of the sewing machine. The motor is enclosed in end bonnets which are provided with cooling air entrance and exit openings. A blower external to the motor and operable independently thereof produces a continuous stream of cooling air regardless of the intermittent operation of the motor, which stream of air is directed through the entrance openings of the end bonnets and in close proximity to the motor shaft-bearing end plates of the motor within said end bonnets. The cooling air is then exhausted through the exit openings.
