    摘要: A weaving machine includes a shed forming device, a weft insertion device, and a weaving reed that beats up the weft threads at a beat up plane against an edge of the woven fabric. A guide device extends over a width of the woven fabric and is driven by a drive, the guide device being one or both of an upper guide unit that contacts a top surface of the woven fabric or a lower guide unit that contacts a bottom surface of the woven fabric. One or both of the upper and lower guide units are positionable in a direction of thickness of the woven fabric to contact and guide the woven fabric in an area of the beat up plane. The guide section of one or both of the upper and lower guide units has a profiled shape in a weft direction to guide the woven fabric at different thicknesses in the weft direction.

    摘要: A weaving machine for producing a woven fabric has a shedding device to form a loom shed of warp material, a weft insertion device for inserting a preferably tape-shaped or band-shaped weft material into the loom shed, a drawing-off device for drawing off the finished fabric in a drawing-off direction, fabric movement device for moving the fabric back and forth in the warp direction to bring the last inserted weft material into contact with the binding point or fabric edge. A shed limiter device limits the opening of the loom shed from above and below the warp, and is movable back and forth in the warp direction. The shed limiter device only loosely bounds the fabric and essentially without actively clamping or pinching or contacting the fabric and/or the last inserted weft material, at least while moving in the direction opposite the drawing-off direction.

To achieve a low wear, a light weight, and an excellent fabric spreading effect, the spreader rod is a one-piece hollow cylindrical metal body extending entirely over the weaving width, preferably made of V4A stainless steel, having an outer diameter of at least 10 mm (and preferably 15 mm) with a wall thickness of at least 0.4 mm (and preferably 0.7 mm), and having an outer circumferential surface that has been surface treated to achieve a surface roughness with a peak-to-valley roughness measurement of at least 10 μm (and preferably 20 to 50 μm).

    摘要: A retoolable spreader table for an air loom has a trough-shaped cross-section. The spreader table has a projection pointing substantially toward the center of the weft thread insertion channel of a weaving reed. The projection forms with its upper side a support surface for the fabric. The spreader table is equipped with a first spreader element or forward spreader element positioned at the spreader table inlet and a second spreader element positioned at the outlet of the spreader table. A fabric detour element is positioned between the forward and rearward spreader elements in such a way that a slot is formed between the inlet spreader element (8) and a free end of the trough-shaped detour element (12). The fabric slot (16) has a free passage width that is variable, depending on the diameter (D) of a spreader rod (15) that is carried by the fabric (7) in a rotating manner and that is easily insertable into the space encircled by the trough table (1) and the detour element (12). This space can be opened for exchanging the rod (15) against another rod with a different rod diameter.

Both expander elements (20, 21) have a fabric expander profile that extends at least along the margin zones of the fabric.
