摘要： A processing line of bast fiber is provided. The processing line is comprised of various devices for carding, cutting, degumming, high temperature washing, separating and water washing, softening, drying, batching and applying oil, permeating and reconditioning, stretching-breaking carding, and combing and sorting. The processing line of bast fiber can improve production efficiency, and improve the yield of long hemp fibers. Moreover, the produced fiber has stable quality and is convenient for post-processing.

摘要： In an apparatus for the fiber-sorting or fiber-selection a fiber bundle which is supplied by means of a supply device to a fiber-sorting device in which clamping devices are provided which clamp the fiber bundle at a distance from its free end, and in which a mechanical device is present which generates a combing action, for removal of the combed fiber material a revolving element is present. To enable the amount produced per hour (productivity) to be substantially increased in a simple manner and to permit a reliable removal and piecing at high production speed, downstream of the supply device there are arranged at least two rotatably mounted rollers with clamping devices for the fiber, which clamping devices are distributed around the periphery of at least one of the rollers and the device for generating a combing action is associated with a said roller, wherein after take-up of the free regions of the combed fiber bundles by the revolving element, the clamping of the ends of the combed fiber bundles is terminated.

摘要： An apparatus and method for manufacturing a multi-layer web product. A long fiber stream is directed around a rotating carding cylinder. Two combing cylinders are disposed adjacent the carding cylinder to comb a first web of long fiber and a second web of long fiber, respectively, from the carding cylinder. A first conveyor receives the first web from the first combing cylinder and transports the first web toward a layering point. Similarly, a second conveyor receives the second web from the second combing cylinder and transports the second web toward the layering point. A short fiber deposition unit is disposed adjacent the second conveyor and deposits short fibers onto the second web. At the layering point, the first conveyor deposits the first web onto the second web, with the short fibers sandwiched therebetween, to form a layered web product.

Clamping devices clamp the fibre bundle at a distance from its free end, and a mechanical device combs the free end to loosen and remove non-clamped constituents, for example, short fibres, neps, dust and the like. To increase productivity and obtain an improved combed sliver, downstream of the supply device there are at least two rotatably mounted rollers rotating rapidly without interruption, which are provided with the clamping devices, and measured value sensors for detecting values relating to the fibres or machine settings are connected to a control and regulation device, which is arranged to effect actions in dependence on the measured values.

The combing machine includes a process control computer for the preparatory machine of a textile spinning mill, the former being located upstream of a combing machine which reacts to signals from the combing machine, which signals are representative both of the evenness of feed material supplied to a controlled drafting arrangement as well as of the comber waste share, with the computer producing a signal which is indicative of a change in the evenness behavior of the machines located upstream of the combing machine when the evenness of the feed material changes while the comber waste share remains unchanged. A method for operating the combing machine is also set forth.
