    摘要: Provided are a molten metal plating facility and a method with which degradation in the surface quality of a strip can be prevented by preventing the adhesion of splashes. In a molten metal plating facility and a method for plating a strip (S) with molten metal by guiding the strip (S) into a molten metal bath (Mm) and then guiding the strip (S) upward, a pair of wiping nozzles (12a, 12b) disposed so as to face a front surface side and a back surface side of the strip (S) guided upward is used to discharge air streams (Ea, Eb) toward a collision point (A) inside the strip (S) such that the first air streams spread out in a strip width direction of the strip (S), and a pair of outer nozzles (15a, 15b) disposed so as to face a front surface side and a back surface side of an extended plane on an outer side of the strip (S) with respect to the strip width direction, above the wiping nozzles (12a, 12b) and on each of both outer sides of the strip (S) with respect to the strip width direction is used to discharge air streams (Fa, Fb) toward a collision point (B) within the extended plane and below the collision point (A).

    摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing top dross of a plating pot where a snout and an air knife are arranged, the snout being arranged between the front end region and the rear end region of a plating pot. The present invention provides an apparatus for removing top dross of a plating pot, the apparatus comprising: a first wiping means which is mounted on the plating pot and is arranged between the snout and the air knife so as to be movable in the width direction of the plating pot; a second wiping means which is mounted on the plating pot and is rotatably arranged between the air knife and the first wiping means so as to transfer, to the rear end region, the top dross transferred by the first wiping means; and a third wiping means which is mounted on the plating pot and is rotatably arranged between the air knife and the front end region so as to transfer the top dross to the front end region. Thereby, the present invention provides an advantageous effect of effectively removing dross.

    摘要: The device of the present invention can enhance the quality of surface appearance through a nitrogen curtain section facilitating oxidation suppressing at a lower end portion of an air knife to suppress an oxide from being generated from an upper portion of a coating bath and block adsorption of the oxide to the surface of a coated layer.This device includes lower gas discharge bars spaced apart from the surface of the coating bath by a predetermined distance and discharging a nitrogen gas in a direction of the surface of the coating bath along a circumference of the coated steel sheet; a side cover extending upwardly slopingly in a direction of the coated steel sheet from the sides of the lower gas discharge bars; and upper gas discharge bars formed at an upper end of the side cover and discharging a nitrogen gas downwardly.
